Satoshi Nakamoto resurfacing again will help put all the negativity and doubt about bitcoins and I think new development will be added to the bitcoin blockchain.
It would be bad for him with so many people trying to track him down. He could be using the forums under a different name right now and remain safe.
Also for those who think that he should move his money at some point, he doesn't have to and probably never will. You know his officially mined coins and he could be solo mining in 2010 and make millions.

Satoshi made a real gift for the whole bitcoin community by disappearing. For that reason bitcoin is not associated with a signle person and therefore doesn't depend on his statements or well-being. If Satoshi returned, bitcoin would become more vulnerable and dependent as Ethereum is on Vitalik.

I think if he comes back then bitcoin price might go to moon or $0 because if he likes the development of bitcoin then he might contribute more the better of bitcoin or he will ran off with money by selling bitcoin he kept.
I think there 2 scenarios happening with him right now. He is definitely a person who really loves crypto.

still we don't know the outcome of the future, maybe bitcoin will grow bigger if this will happen or maybe there is a new coin would be introduce to us, but however still we do not know what will be the outcome of tomorrow.

I think he's not interested in doing this. Most likely, the team of Satoshi will be much more interesting to see the price of bitcoin at$1000 000. If he wanted to, he would have done it long ago.
Of course, it would be better if Satoshi doesn't come back, it keeps something magical about the Bitcoin story. If it comes back, it is likely unlikely to work for Blockstream. I think Satoshi Nakamoto will just Express his opinion about everything that is happening now in Bitcoin, but no more. Of course, this will provoke an increased interest in Bitcoin and perhaps even a rise in the price Bitcoin. But I think that this will all end.
