if the regulations in your country require not to give beggars then you must obey the rules. let the government save beggars.
I do nothing i receive salary from my parents, 2000USD a month.
My own opinion is that if you love begars so much and you really wish to help, start a small NGO that provides basic needs such as food, clothing or shelter etc. to the less privileged. This way you avoid breaking the law and still be able to accomplish your objectives. Overtime, you may get support from the government or private companies/individuals.
I want to invest in a promising ICO and hope it will be profitable in the near future. Although I know there will be many difficulties but I will not give up my intention. Hope I will succeed.

Do not make things complicated. I don't know any country that prohibits giving alms to street people. If you want to help, then help. If you want to give them money or food, then give them. Do not hesitate to help. That's what God wants us, help each other.
You have to give a job to the beggar, if you give it money it will be useless because it will not make his life any better.
First of all, if your country will have such rules as to fine people giving alms to beggars, they should have an effective method make lives better for these people. If not, then i think it's not right to have such rules. And giving money isn't a good idea as well. Better to just give them what they really need. Food, clothing, medicines, if i'm not allowed to give them money, i'd give them those
Totally agreed. Giving them money is actually a bad thing for them!
What i would do is to give them food or to feed them somewhere. I'll rather take them and give them things that they need specially food. i would definitely not going to give them money because you will jever know what are they going to do with the money.

The worst thing about giving money to beggars is that you don't know if they are telling the truth. In many places beggars are actually quite rich. They realize that they can make more money just sitting on the street than at a regular job, so they choose to do that. Some of them will even make up fake illnesses or stories. They may say that they need money to buy bus tickets home. Then you can see them in the same place asking for money for a bus ticket home the next day. They don't actually want to leave. Of course, sometimes people really need help. I usually only give money to people who are providing a service that makes the city better. I like to give money to musicians, for example. If somebody says they need money for food, I sometimes buy them food. I don't like to give them money because they may not actually spend it on food. what if the rules in your country do not allow money to beggars and if you are still willing to give then you will get a fine.

right now i'm able to do something to make money. occasionally existence is not what we predicted, we are forced to adapt to continue to exist.
Right now I can do anything to make money. Sometimes life is not what we expected, we are forced to adapt to survive.
if a beggar comes to me for money surely i will give money to him or her, might they need my help and helping other make me happy......
In my country most of homeless ask you for money to buy alcohol that's why I don't give them any.

in general though, it depends on how they ask. depends on the circumstances surrounding them, and on my financial situation at the time. I don't give out of guilt (I think) and I remain aware of the fact that when I give to them, it makes me feel good too, like I've got 'status' or whatever.

help someone is always good and if you found the man really needs money then i think you must help.
I would make create a business and try my best at expanding it globally.
