In my opinion the Altcoins are down a lot lately because Bitcoin has fallen too much and the Altcoins are down. Hope Altcoins can recover in the near future and when they return good prices we should prepare and sell them whenever.
I am sure that you should not rush to sell your Altcoins now because the price for them can rise at any time.
I will probably in a huge loss if I'm also participated in the dump. So I still choose to holding my coins, because the dump is normal for the cryptocurrency market. and if it possible, I will buy more coins since the price is cheaper.

yes you are right, don't be afraid to lose if we are sure and believe in the coins we hold. but you also need to do small trade in order to get money, and coins that are held for long are coins that have high price potential such as bitcoin and ethereum.
I will hold only those have potential and let it go on others before the price hit the bottom due to bearish situation. New token is not doing good when it get listed it will definitely go dumps.

In the last few months I bought different kinds of altcois who are decreased the price very low. But before I do that I'll make sure that they have chances to increase or pump the value again maybe back to the highest price or become more higher than the current highest price.

I think the only things I think we can do when the price of altcoins is decreasing is to either sell at loses or hold until there is a recovering. In this market when ever you see a dump just buy and when you see pump sell. That is the cycle of the market and you need to follow the cycle in other to make money from the cryptocurrencies market.
