Uranium.
Being able to say "I just got this load of Uranium for a few coins" to someone unaware of bitcoins seems funny to me.

Hey there!

So I am totally new to this, and fascinated by it!  I can think of a lot of things I would like to buy with bitcoins, but can someone who is patient with a newbie  Smiley tell me what things I can actually buy right now with bitcoins?  I am debating whether to dip my toe in the pool or not, have lots to learn and am reading lots of posts, but a quick snapshot of what I could do right now with bitcoins would be really helpful.

Thank you!!!

Buy groceries with Bitcoin is a must for me. Being able to go to the mall to be able to use the currency without any hassle would be marvelous but I guess that we have to wait into the future to see something of that magnitude to occur.

I think its a matter of time before someone who got rich on Bitcoins or an exchange starts creating computer systems and an improved infrastructure that allows cheap ways for the private sector to include a Bitcoin paradigm. After that happens I'll be the happiest to order a number 4 no cheese at Mcdonalds. Smiley

There used to be some Australian companies (probably just owned and operated by one person, mind you) who would take your BTC and pay you via BPAY, which for those unfamiliar it is electronic funds transfer usually for payment of bills for services like electricity, gas, insurance etc.

In all honesty it was good because:

- You could confirm their payment by contacting your service provider (bill issuer) or on their website
- I don't think they could do anything malicious with only the bill/payment reference number that you had to provide so that they could send the funds
- It was a 100% tax dodge  Lips sealed

It would be great to have a debit / credit card hooked up to a BTC wallet that I could use to pay for gas and groceries.

As for me, I'd love to be able to buy things tangible, so a nice steady bitcoins to dollars that was easily transferable, like forex.

I just got accepted for a computer hardware distributor, Please PM me or better yet reply to this post in the this thread about what you would most likely be interested in purchasing on a yearly basis.

I believe most people here will say graphics cards.

I also enjoy buying RAM, because it feels so dirty when I buy it. It's like I'm treating my computer to something nice after a long night with it. "Oh, baby. I got you an upgrade. You know that 4GB of RAM you've got your eye on? Well I've got you 8GB since you mean so much to me." She's gonna be mad when she finds out when I can't support her going above 128.

And no, I'm not a virgin. Why would you think that??!

Video cards are suprisingly hard to get approved from distrobutors but I'm still waiting for a couple of replys. Ill end up probubly selling only 1/4 of neweggs selections so my current bussiness plan is motherboards, ram, power supplies, usb memory sticks, cpus, anything else the community would like.

Can I get a discount if I buy 1000 of one item?
