I usually sell btc for paypal in localbitcoins.com,but now i`m gonna keep my btc for price increase.
I don`t buy stuff with btc.Usually i don`t buy stuff online ,because i`m cheap
There are a lot of people that is using Bitcoin as their payment method and that would be really nice because you also see that Bitcoin is becoming more acceptable so that is nice.
But the bad thing only of the Bitcoin is that you cant predict the value and that is the bad thing so you have to take some risks also if you want to use Bitcoin.

I sold my bitcoin ones, It is an emergeny from the hospital. I need cash so ipulled out all of my bitcoins to pay hospital, Ive cash out it on the bank near us and rush at the hospital

Yes and even I used to spend in the past, but now I have stopped spending it as I think it will be more profitable to hold for next couple of months.

I am doing the same with bitcoin which I am doing with other currency, means I am using bitcoin like a normal currency, and whenever I need it to buy something and if that thing is available with bitcoin then I go there and buy it with bitcoin ,mostly I buy services with bitcoin and nowadays they are more availble with bitcoin than other daily use products, and if I do not find any place for getting a specific thing with bitcoin which i need then I sell my bitcoin an buy that thing with fiat, I do that on certain exchanges which are efficient and for buying bitcoin I am using the same exchanges where I use tosell my bitcoins.

Now i am holding my bitcoins and waiting for halving, spending my bitcoins in steam, and i am buying bitcoins for gambling but it's very rare event for me.

That's good but sometimes you should also trade with it as it can give you good profits and also increase the number of coins which can give you higher profits in future.
