I recently had one that was a question directed at a user getting nuked.

Another fella was complaining about his reply getting removed and I posted my original quote (to show he's not alone) and both got removed too.

I think some Mods count too much on reports, so when you say something most people do not like, there may be a good chance it will get deleted even if it was on topic.
I'm not sure about that. But if the report(s) get send to moderator due break/broken of the rules, I agree. But if those deleted based too much reported due didn't in corner opinion,im disagree.

1. I have no clear idea what you are saying.
2. You are wrong if you are trying to convey that you disagree.

I have experienced it many times myself

It's what happens from time to time, especially if your posts are not really that impressive.

I don't really see what the problem is. Are you trying to get a Pulitzer or a Noble Prize? Or are you worried about your Activity rates?

Get outside, away from your computer, take a deep breath and try not to be annoyed by stuff that doesn't really matter.

I don't have much of the posts deleted by mods recently, but by looking at the others views about the judgement we can see much of the posts which are not to be deleted and on-topic are getting deleted every day. This can also include an post with good knowledge and discussion. As more and more users are complaing about there on-topic posts getting deleted, I think mod should take this into consideration and change the way of the judgement a bit.

Many people's could use this reporting feature in wrong ways, as if someone reports a on-topic post from 2 to 3 of his alts, a mod is sure to judge it as off-topic and delete it directly as more users have reported it but then if they just read the post it would show that the post is not spammy and it's not worth getting deleted.

I have not known the forum has its own-built off-topic definition or not.

Definitions:
I get some from dictionaries for OP:
1. Oxford dictionary: https://en.oxforddictionaries.com/definition/off-topic
Off-topic replies have become a big problem. From now on, I will be deleting such replies without notice, forum-wide. If your replies disappear, this is probably why.

All replies must respond to the topic's original post in some way, even if they are replying to an on-topic reply. If your reply has nothing to do with the topic post, either add some content that is relevant or create a new topic.

Please report off-topic posts as soon as you see them.

An explanation could be that your replies were deleted because they were made in a spam megathread. That's not bad at all, it's possible (or happens quite often) that normal discussions are abandoned and bumped by shitposters all the time with low-quality replies.
Somewhen these spam-megathreads get nuked by mods and your reply on the first pages gets also deleted. But I'm not sure if all the users commenting there are getting notified when the message is deleted in nuked topics or only if a moderator deletes a reply directly.
I'm not sure of the behavior with nuking, and posts getting deleted automatically if they're quoting that, because honestly I haven't paid that much attention to this specifically. However, sometimes when deleting a spam post I will also delete a post quoting it if it's no longer relevant or doesn't add to the discussion.  I used to report this way at times too, and they usually got deleted. It's very case by case, and I can't really give it a definite answer/example.

In all seriousness, a post will be considered "off topic" if the post does not somehow relate to the very first post (Original Post) in the thread, even if it relates to something someone wrote as a reply. In most cases, a post will not be off topic if it relates to the title of the thread.

I noticed your screenshot shows a deleted post written in English, I am not sure which thread it was posted in, but according to you, it was posted in the Pakistan board. Posts in the local boards should not be in English, and they should be in the respective local language. I believe this is the most likely reason your post was deleted.

I just checked the Pakistan thread, and most of the posts are written in English. Appears English is one of their official languages.
If they are speaking English, they should be using the main boards. The local boards are designed to be used for languages other than English.

When anunymint got nuked, I was never notified of any of my posts that were deleted in either his threads or in response to him.

I think there has been massive deleting of posts lately. I dunno why but it's happening to me too more frequently. When I look at the deleted post and the topic, I don't really see anything off topic about it.
What I think is happening now is that the mods just delete anything reported to them whether off topic or not, which could not be a good thing.

Imagine you are you disagree with someone on a certain discussion and that someone just reports your post and it gets deleted. It makes the whole discussion look useless.

Often times if you quote a post that ends up getting deleted, your post gets deleted as well.
