The risk of losing much is the problem. If you invest too much that would make you afraid also. It is not that easy to get that much bitcoin just to lose its value.

I think it is always a what. Lavk of knowledge and laziness to study it or learning how it can be done.

Fear of bitcoin dropped price to the lowest I guess the thing that can make people stop investing and using bitcoin. Imagine if the price back to $1 , will they keep investing in bitcoin? I doubt on it

That price is like a dead price. In my opinion I might also quit with that price. Well as long as people with power are also holding some it wont be that easy to make it fall. Those whales will control the movement back again.

nahh , i think it's pretty clear that most people will leave and stop using bitcoin once the price are dropped to the lowest.
only few people will remain use bitcoin and then gone.
well we just hope that will not happened in the near future or even it shouldn't happened.

They are going to stop with Bitcoin if they realize that they lost a lot of money with it or if they dont can make some profit with Bitcoin and that is really bad indeed.
But that is the bad thing, people that use Bitcoin must have some patience and that is really important to make some profit with it otherwise you cant make some profit.

It's not so much paranoia...try getting people to change their ISP, their utilities, their bank...anything...

People are naturally quite conservative & it's hard work to get people to change anything, I really don't think this is a phenomenon unique to Bitcoin.

People feel that bitcoin is not going to survive in long run, as price keeps on fluctuating on regular basis that makes them feel that bitcoin will die soon and doesn't hold great future ahead.

As much as bitcoin is gaining popularity day by day, i don't believe it is acceptable universally to enable people to use it as other currencies. I believe it is to undergo some metamorphosis and evolution before it gains a status similar to the common currencies. There is a lot that has to be done to make it acceptable globally. People will only use bitcoin once it has gained ground on the global economy.

People are loving Bitcoins, but due to the disadvantage of time it takes to confirm being more, small merchants are not able to enter this technology...
Take a coffee shop owner only as an example, why would he go for Bitcoins when he cannot use the coins before 1 confirms to give back change???

Merchants can accept it with 0 confirmations, many do - I've got a store I'm in the process of building, it clears instantly as Coinbase assumes the risk by auto checking a number of factors.

Besides, why would he need to give back change? He tells you how much your coffee is, you send him that much bitcoin...simples :-)

I dont think it is dead price. Actually the price of coin is rising and moving every day. Maybe someone or group of people manipulated the price. And for the people what is stopping them they are lack of believe of this coin they dont know what benifits if they stake for bitcoin But it has its own disadvantage to because it will easily get scam and we can do nothing with it. I think thats the reason why people stopping used of bitcoin.
