For me, I'm going on the altcoins that have already been here since before. Ethereum is my top 1 and next is Dogecoin.
I remember before on previous bull runs, I can see Dogecoin is starting to really before we saw a parabolic run on Bitcoin.
So for me, Since Dogecoin is cheap altcoin, I can buy more and high reward also because all-time high of this altcoin is too high.

According to your registration date you have been around this forum and this market since 2018, I would suppose that someone that has been around this market for so long should have an idea already of the type of coins they want to hold and the ones they should avoid.

However since the halving is still so far away and the altcoin season is even farther away my recommendation is that you only hold strong altcoins, and only once we are incredibly close to the altcoin season you may decide to take a risk by investing in the coins you think could give you the best performance during that period of time.

Yes, indeed, outwardly we have to look at the fundamentals of a coin, but I think there must be new breakthroughs and brilliant ideas from a newly born token, and that is definitely possible. and I'm sure that innovative developers will definitely read what market demands are the most desirable, especially the current conditions and the halving is getting closer to what you mean.

For my ETH there is not the slightest doubt. Well, on the last point you mentioned, there are many who can even produce 10x. Yeah, at least there's a bear sleeping there. or if there is a network option like BSC if someone is still running the Alcoins bounties campaign for example, I think it's also interesting to see.

I guess its not that many are underestimating it but realistically speaking not everyone have the money to invest in bitcoin with its high value.
$100 investment will just be some measly investment even if it rise reaching its former all time high the investment won't grow that much because of course the investment amount isn't that much.
frankly investing in altcoin is better for those with smaller capital for investment to start out then later on they could accumulate their bitcoin and holding it for long.
after all bitcoin have lesser risk of just vanishing into thin air but it will certainly takes time.

I will not give suggestions on the kind of coin you can likewise buy and keep for the bull run that is coming but I will like you to do research on your own so that you can make your financial decisions by yourself because the crypto market is very risky and anything can happen anytime so there is no 100% trusted coin in the market except for Bitcoin that is the brain behind cryptocurrency. There are so many coins in the market that you can buy and hold depending on what you want and how long it will take for the bull market to come to us. Take a step and do your own research so that you will be happy when those coins you finally but are in bull.

Right now I'm bullish on polygon. They have some pretty cool things in the works and has a relatively cheap platform compared to some of the other ones. When every other project was stale or rugging everyone polygon team has kept building out its vision. I'd take a serious look at picking some up.

If beginner level I suggest to buy the top altcoins since most of them are potential altcoins to pump in the coming bull run and you can hold them on your own wallet where you can have the control. Top coins like ETH, LTC and XRP can give you peach of mind in the next bull run, I prefer to hold more of this than to buy a new project that are still risky since they still have no market exposure.

If it is altcoins that you are looking for then I think some of the big coins are the solution like ETH or maybe BNB but in this case I would like to suggest something else because if you really want to be more certain why not just be in bitcoin.
Even though maybe in this case the return is smaller than with altcoins or most shitcoins that are always with their hype and pump and dump schemes but when talking about risk and feasibility of course bitcoin is still the first choice.
IMO in this case bitcoin is the most feasible choice and must be prioritised after that just look for other alternatives that can support it like some of the altcoins I said earlier.

Otherwise you should know that bull market is an uncertain thought that may surprise you suddenly but you should not spend all your money on the thought of getting rich.
By the way there are many best altcoins and you can buy them if you want but in my opinion, if you want to buy because of the bull market then buy btc and eth. A best investment will be made which will keep you 100% safe and if the bull market comes back you will get a bag of best profits.

A non-custodial exchange or wallet does not mean that you are safe, as some cryptocurrencies can add a smart contract to freeze coin even if they are inside your wallet or burn it or not be able to withdraw after a certain date. you must be careful in choosing cryptocurrency, otherwise there is no difference between withdrawing your currencies from the platform or leave it here.

It's great that you understand that new altcoins are born every day and there are literally thousands of them. That's why always avoid investing in altcoins. Because most of them will have no value in the future.

For me, the only altcoin I have invested in ETH. They are the pioneer in smart contract world and no one can beat them. So my portfolio contains only ETH and Bitcoin. No need for a third one to be honest.

Don't get confused with the new altcoins coming every day in the market. Many of them are like made to be cash outlets of the developers and the investors will be left behind. It's an easy way for them to swindle the money of these innocent investors like you. That's why if it seems too interesting to get on hand with them, you just don't have to do that and focus with some other altcoins that you're researching about. Make sure that you don't just listen to anybody but at the same time you're doing your own research as that's much needed for someone like you who looks further to the market before the bull run.

The fact that if people will never ever leave from the L1 and L2 tokens caused by they were using it regularly to interact on its own blockchain. People were also mostly using L2 blockchain caused by how expensive ethereum fees is right now.
L2 was offering an alternative solution in using ethereum in the secondary blockchain which has better scalability. that makes the fees become very cheap compared with using ethereum native blockchain itself.
