Not sure but it was probably an ssd for my laptop. I've paid around ~250$ in btc.
I haven't bought anything physical. I've only bought other alts. Maybe when I have more i'll considering buying something physical, but it will most likely require that i convert to fiat first anyway.
I bought GTA V for $36. Not that much.

in digital section i have bought a lot of altcoins, and for physical goods it was a iphone5 , my biggest purchase with bitcoin
A couple r9 290x, I think I paid around 2 btc, not too much but it was a decently large purchase at the time.
I hold more then spend so probably the most expensive thing was a Counter strike : Global offensive Gift from steam with about 10$ (not sure how much BTC is that back then)
A few Gridseed's, worth around 5 Bitcoins, most of them resold locally...
