well, their TOS are clear:

Quote
JURISDICTIONS. Persons located in or reside in Australia, Belarus, Cote D’Ivoire (Ivory Coast), Cuba, Curacao, Czech Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, France, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Lithuania, Netherlands, North Korea, Portugal, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sudan, Syria, United Kingdom, United States or Zimbabwe (the "Prohibited Jurisdictions") are not permitted make use of the Service.

If you use a good VPS and they don't realize where are you from then you shouldn't have a problem. But if you tell them you are playing in the UK then they can ban your account and freeze your money.

I try to find a crypto casino allowed for the UK, but looks like they don't are bitcoin-friendly, looks like a VPS is the only solution for you right now and there will always be a risk involved.

So let's say I deposit 100 tonight and win 2000 on Stake, will it screw me over when trying to withdraw?

A Bitcoiner chooses. A slave obeys.
Well, since you are based in the United Kingdom, I would not really say any online gambling casinos are off limits for you. I would perhaps avoid chinese and russian ones, due to the current situation of the world, you might have your funds frozen/confiscated. Other than those recommendations I would probably just take a hard look at the casinos recommended and popular with Bitcointalk.

But be sure to read the terms and conditions before you put funds into any  online casino.

You may not want to discuss or hear about it, but I strongly advise against using a VPN regardless of which gambling site you use. There is a reason that you are banned from a gambling site. You will not be blocked for no reason. Nowadays almost every site has a KYC procedure, so when you are asked for documentation, what do you do? Regardless of the country you live in, there are always sites accessible without a VPN. Also check the conditions, some sites do not allow you to use a VPN. Stake.com also excludes certain countries.
I guess that doesn't matter to some gamblers if they are only gambling to have some fun or whatever reason. If a gambler is only gambling on a casino that only want to waste money and time then using VPN won't be a problem unless you gamble on a casino and wanted to win big time (taking chances) and wanted to withdraw the funds. If that's the case then I would just gamble to a casino where ko VPN is needed and accept gamblers from the country where you're in.

I've never had issues in the past, never had accounts blocked. But maybe just because I'm lucky?

Hi Guys,
I used to use Stake.com Allot, but this a while ago, wonder if there's any good competitors for a UK player using a VPN. Haven't gambled in a while and want to use a new site!
Any new good competitors? I also have a swedish passport so i managed to do one of the KYC's for Stake and it was never an issue.
Thanks!!!
