The worst decision is to sell what I have today. I do not have the patience to see my money go out for hours, and now I see the recovery of the market. This is a lesson for me.

My worst trading decision was to sell most of the bitcoin crypto assets because of too high panic factors, and after selling them I became frustrated because prices soared and became 10x the price I sold afterwards. There is one very important thing in which I have to keep believing in bitcoin and not even selling it.
In my views when the market is on the way down and I need money for my financial hurdles and I sell my holdings for low price, that was the worst decision because I will sell my holdings in the wrong time.so I think that the best decision is to hold your bitcoin when the price is low and sell or use them when the price is high. opposite decision will be worst decision.

My worst trading decision was getting hyped and bought at the top only to sell at the bottom since I didn't realize that I bought at exactly the start of the downtrend.

Firstly, I will like to say that any decision that leas you to profit no matter how little that profit is can not be said to be a bad decision. The worst decision for me is not to take my paper profit. Waiting too long is counterproductive.

We always hear people posting about their awesome trades and/or gains but very rarely hear about the stupid things that people do. With that in mind, let's hear the biggest brainfarts you've had while trading crypto...

I think for me it's quite easy. Trade-out prematurely or selling in panic, especially during the times when the market and its assets are falling down, and I didn't know then that it will soon rise up again after a few months. Since I don't want to endanger my investment and capital more and thinking that I would only suffer lesser loss, I got rid of my assets that would rise up after a couple of months. I regretted that very much then, but I got over it. After all, I can't do anything to get it back but to learn from it.
I decided not to buy bitcoin due to negative statements and the crash in the future while the price was as low as $2700 last year. but I was very upset when I saw that the price is growing more and more and till the end of the year 2017 the price was at its peak which was $20k. gradually the price was increasing but I never tried to buy some.

The worst thing I ever did was sell my bitcoin at a very cheap price, I had a huge loss. At that time I experienced a sell panic because the price of bitcoin decreased drastically. Yet a few hours later the bitcoin price went up and I thought I made a big mistake. I guess many of us have the same experience like you and I remember that I made a mistake like what you did and in that time, I often to be panic when I see the price is down
Everything which we do in our lives help us in learning some good lesson which can help us for the rest of our lives. If you ever made this decision and that because of this. You lost your money, then you need not to repeat this mistake again in your life and that you need to remain patient at the time of dump instead of going for panic selling. Stay in your senses so that you may not end up losing your money.

last year i bought NMR and price went down 50% , The funny thing is that I sold it by then and bought it again when it went up  Grin
And it went down again , I lost almost 0.3 btc through it .

Funny you mentioned NMR..it's also my biggest trading mistake. One of the few trades that I got out of with a loss.

One the worst trading decision I ever made was when I was trading forex I triggered a sell trade without a stop loss coincidentally the trade went against my set up invariably wiping out all my investment, that incident has enabled me to always ensured that I stop-lossed any trade I have embarked upon to avoid heavy losses.

The worst decisions I had when I decided to back away from the trading plan. Instead of selling coins on time, I thought that now the price will grow even more, and I will earn more. As a result, it turned out the opposite, the profit was less when the price began to fall sharply.

My Worst ever experience is trading on binary option platform. i never realized that the greed is forcing me to invest more and more thinking that i will recover my amount. I lost so much hard earn money in those shady platforms like IQ Option
When someone gets into this world of trading and investing, greed is a factor that might become the solid triggering catalyst. We can become de-tracked of what we have planned for. People don’t recognize this at first. But after sometimes, when they look down upon what they had done, they regret. So better is not to cry over spilt milk later rather leave out this greediness.

The worst thing i made in trading when i let dump my coins at very low value, We all know dealing with cryptos are unpredictable, but due to some circumstances, I lost the opportunity to earn huge amount, actually it makes an eyeopener to my part and through that scenario, i learned to hold more coins and patience always.

I have an altcoin earned in a signature campaign. Actually that is the first altcoin I earned. I heard from a friend, its price will rise in the next few months or in next. I believed in him. The next month, its price rises up to more than 1 dollar, that time I already want to sell my alt but my friend refuses so I believed in him again and that's the worst decision ever. The price did not rise that high again plus I waited couple of months just to sell it. I sell my alt in 1 dollar price after 5months to be exact.

My worst trading decision ever is when I sell my gvt token at a low price and after a couple of hours the price start to pump up and now the price hit up to 20$ Im so mad that time because I miss the opportunity to earn a huge profit. That is one thing almost everyone has obviously been a victim of and there is nothing we can all do about it. If the market decides to keep moving up and you take out your profit or you miss out of the show in the dying minute, it is just to accept your fate and move on

The worst decision in my trading life was selling my tokens for less than $500 and realize in a week time that those same tokens were worth over $3000. It hurt me so much that I cant not even look at my portfolio again.
You should look at the bright side OP. At least you got $500. As for me, the token I held is already worth $2,000 but I didn't budge hoping for the value to go up more and then the bear market come and my token now is worth $150. If I sold it when it was $2,000 then I would have bought again at least 10x of the token I held before. Well, that's the worst decision for me because I was too greedy. I learned my lesson and intend to take profits in the future.

I think my worst moment would be when I trade my bounty reward and after an hour the token went up about 10% or more.
I really felt bad about it and after that whenever I got a bounty reward I would make sure to keep some of it so when it pumps up I could sell it off.
This is one of my experience as well. If the token I receive is big then I would sell half of it and then keep half so that when the coin pumps, I would be able to sell it at a bigger profit. If the coin become worthless then at least I got something from it. I have a bunch of tokens that I held now that are worthless because either it is a scam, the developers abandoned the project and some doesn't have any volume at all.
