Because Coinsbit is shady exchanges [1], there's no way a legit exchanges will need 3 weeks to confirm customer KYC... usually it's only took around 3-7 days. Why does you need to use this exchanges instead there're so many legit and reputable centralized exchanges e.g. Binance, Kucoin, FTX, etc. You may need to warn your friend to not use this exchanges and do research first before using any services.

The only way that they can support you very fast is through Telegram. Send your complaints to their official group, if you write a direct message to one of the admins it will also take time for your issue to be solved. I wish you a good luck!

Its been 3 weeks that I've submitted my KYC information to coinsbit exchange and till date it's still under process,
I guess you know the reputation of this exchange site so well. Some people take months to be approved by this shitty exchange site with so many bots. Just push them through their telegram group. This may help you to get approved. No ETA but it may take months for your KYC to be approved.

a friend of mine had account on the exchange and withdrawal is processed everyday, why would they decide not to approved new users because I'm not the only one complaining.
I guess withdrawal was totally different with application to submit your identity. I guess they will always be approving the new users but this exchange site has horrible team behind it. You may be approved next month.

This is coinbit.io right?

Have you tried emailing them with this contact?

[email protected]

Or joining their Telegram group in order to make sure that you are not the one in this case? Maybe you can find the possible answer in support group that they have and someone can help you and give you the solution.
