Selling is only made only after block halving. Even now selling seems to be highly profitable compared to the price of the past days.
I think I'm selling mine when they go under 400$, which I hope will never happen, but might even happen today the way it's going down now.

i am planning on starting to sell my bitcoins only when the price reached $1000 and only then i will start with the sale and will only sell a portion of my stash and keep the rest for the further down the road because i am a true believer in bitcoin and its future.
That's the right thing to do, never sell all your bitcoins, keep a part of it for future, as you never know what will be the value of bitcoin down the line, so its better to keep some btc safe in wallet.
