Ive come in contact with few newbies that are confused about which coins to invest in ,well this is for you, be cautious and stay away from coins that have nothing to offer ,I meant if there is no reason creating that coin its mess, but all the same when bull run comes its win win for everybody ,yes everybody, unless dead coins ,even coins that are lower than 1sat goes over 30sat at last bullrun even crappy projects became profitable ,I have a family friend that all his highest profits canes from the shit coins ,so worryless bullrun won't come anything soon but it will.
I am very positive that a bull run will come sooner or later, newbies should really study the real coins that is able to prove itself worthy regardless of the market condition if not when you get profits from shitty coins when the market is in a bull run and you does not know the important of choosing ICO when the market turn bear you will lose your portfolio fast.

Really very hard to come up with predictions about the bullrun happening. I think when qualifying well and ripening Bullrun will happen. So we should be patient and wait. I am really hoping that my shit coins will have a value once bull run starts. Maybe if the bull run comes, most of bounty campaign will be profitable. Maybe scam ICO will become lesser. I am really hoping that if the bull run starts, everyone of us will earn huge profit. I haven't earned profits since the bear market starts.

There's still some hindrances in terms of progress, but those expected news will surely make some move for this market, a lots of changes that will happen as halving is expected next year and those who's wise and have a strong believe with crypto will continue to buy and hold, waiting for the chances that bull will bring them a good run. 
The past few months, many altcoins have been growing on the market. This is not yet bullrun, but many Altcoins have grown a few hundred percent.

Now the regulation of the crypto-currency industry is focused a lot of attention,volatility has fallen.
The ICO market has become less interesting to investors and has transformed into IEO,and something else may appear later.
I think if the regulation comes - do not expect a "bull race to the moon",rather the market will become more calm and earn will be many times more difficult.

We should not waiting for bull rum without doing anything. We should be ready for that by increasing our main capital. For that we can do so many things like bounty hunting or short term trading. meanwhile we should have confidence about there will be bull run.For coming bull run there may be some more think takes.
Today the market is in a difficult situation. But I do not lose faith in the fact that a bullish trend will begin. It seems to me that someday this will definitely happen.
I personally have lost faith in the growth of the market this year for sure. I expect this to happen in 2021.

I think that these changes will come when the market finishes the formation of a new stage of its development-adaptation to new realities.
As we can see now - a lot of stupid money left the market and there were mainly only speculators.Many people are waiting for some clarity , because they need guarantees of protection of funds, and the States, in turn, are not in a hurry to regulate this industry because it is still new and not fully studied for them-they see a threat to the banking system in cryptocurrencies.

Looks like far from the title, but if i were to answer the title as a question, we dont know when the bull run occurs. Even experts on this crypto investments doesn't know the correct timing to invest and come up with a bull run thingy. It's just the time when it comes and eventually having a bull run like what happened already in december of year 2017. But i think everybody hopes it would come as soon as possible.
we can see in the news many financial institutions are looking forward to adopting bitcoin and new atms are coming up and more positive news we can expect long bull rally may happen in second quarter of this year
When cryptocurrencies become popular again, then the bulls will return. The more people use cryptocurrencies, the easier it will be for cryptocurrencies to return a good price.
Man, the popularity of the cryptocurrencies is growing, but their price is not yet going to rise. I guess the bull run can come when most people understand they need crypto, not simply want to be in trend.
