Yes this is the best time for selling because he value of bitcoin is higher and best time to buy bitcoin which i normally do is just wait till the value of btc comes down and when there is a downfall in value.
because most of the users start selling their btc during those period in fear

Actually this time not is not the best to buy bitcoin its very stable price in 42.. if the price is decreasing a bit you can start buy at the price below 425 so that if the price is reaching 425 above you can still make a profit wait again for the price to be cheap a little bit and but again..

Buying bitcoin can be done at any price. If you just keep waiting to your desired target price it will just totally wrecked you. If you are into trading face the risk and ride it so you can take profit.

I remember the last time i bought bitcoin it were worthing around 300 dolars then i stoped as my funds were already invested into my business,i wont advice to buy bitcoin now,but i believe the price will go up as we aproaching the halving time,soo may be a good investment,and remember dont be to greedy some people will take the opportunity to sell the bitcoin for an higher value knowing that then the moment happen and some weeks ahead price may go down again and maybe keep stable to 400 and slowly grow till end year.

Yes rather than become sad when the price dips , take advantage of it. You know traders really like the ups and down sequence in the bitcoin price. They are making profits here in a long run.

If I Buying bitcoin for spend online purpose , whenever and at any price i bought bitcoin .
But for trade fiat-bitcoin purpose I need long time to cover my lost bought bitcoin at $900 in 2013 ago, just think it's for future investment in case price go up $10,000.

Well, I do bitcoins when the price is right, mostly I buy them when they are low and have a good future a head of a couple days for trading.
For a long term invest I just buy them and hope they will got a high amount soon or later.
