True, because the price is already at such level where it is not possible to make x times returns on their profits, but getting smaller profits and then buying back BTC is the best way.

That's correct and that is the best way to earn profits when it comes to bitcoins, buy it when the price is low and sell it when the price is a bit higher then you actual bought your bitcoins.

If do you think the price is low at the moment then that this the answer to your question.

When there is a sudden rise (but I don't consider ETH pump as a sudden rise as an example), then take advantage for that altcoin to make profit. Altcoin pump is not for a long term profit so better ride the wave when there's a scenario like that.
