Most of the time i buy the bitcoins, First i bought it when i started the bitcoin career, because in that time, i didn't know how i can earn the bitcoins, but now i know the various way to earning the bitcoins, also i buy one time urgently when i was playing gambling,in that time, i lose my bitcoins so i want to continue my game so i buy the bitcoin.
Well, everyone is like that, a good price when buying bitcoin is when the price is down, it's because bitcoin can give us an advantage when the price goes up
When i hear about bitcoin in first time, than i decided to buy it but i realize i can earn it so i started the different earning ways and i have earn 1 bitcoin,but now i have a lot of bitcoins, so i never need to buy the bitcoin, but whenever i need it than of course i will buy it .
I buy bitcoin when I have the available funds and when I see that its price is low compared to previous days. I study the chart because I don't want to buy when the price is the high or near high of the week because the tendency is that it will go down in the next few days. I will just wait for it to reach the low of the week base on my judgment and then that's the time that I will buy.
I concur with entrepmind23. If you have extra funds for investment, buying bitcoin when it is low is the best approach. There is no schedule and only when you have that extra funds.
If you are for a long term though, the price doesn't really matter, you just buy and buy regularly and the losses will be covered by profits overtime. However, if you are buying with the intent to sell in few days time or when you expect the price will go up, then news (fundamental) and seeing graphical trends (technical) is needed to have an intelligent decision as to when to buy btc.
I have bought some bitcoin in the past. I usually buy them when the price is lower than the previous peak.

I started making scripts and wanted to try the strategies that I have made. I also bought some bitcoins when I was a newbie because I wanted to invest in scrypt.cc which turned out to be a scam. Those were the only times I bought bitcoins ever since. The bitcoins that I have right now are all from the earnings of doing tasks online.
I did by bitcoin using my paypal funds with the use of virwox but my paypal fund is not enough and I still need 0.005 in able to get it to my bitcoin wallet. So I still need to wait for my paypal fund from my other source so that I can able to cash out my bitcoin.
That sounds crazy. That is why I am not using much of that service anymore. I already depleted all my money from my Paypal accounts and just put it in my bitcoin wallet. Now it is easier to withdraw whenever I need fiat and it is fast.

I also buy only when I have spare money and if the price goes down by atleast 10%. We have not seen that happen ever since the halving took place and the price has steadied at the mid $600's levels. If the price goes below $600, I would definitely buy a few because that to me is a bargain price already.

I think you are more a spender than an investor because if you are constantly spending bitcoins the price does not matter to you while those who are into trading our investing buying at a lower price is always their priority.Like me, I am both investor and a gamblers so buying bitcoins is just normal to me.

I think it's great time to buy Bitcoin because BTC/USD is stable around 666$ and $/National currency is on the rise. After recent political events I expect more valuable dollar so going in Full BTC is the best thing you can do. National currency has no sign of improvement for the next 3 months at least. I'm in %100 Bitcoin and I'm relaxed.

Well almost all people don't have regular schedule on buying bitcoins. As long as we can see that the price is low.

I also wait for the price to come a little lower when I will have to buy some more bitcoin and when the price come lower I do not buy and wait a little more and when I see on a number of exchanges that the rate of buying has increase i assume that now is the time to buy as now the price will start to increase with a shorter time
