I have set regular price-target for all of my altcoins (including Litecoin and Ethereum), and whenever the target is achieved I do partial profit booking. Also, I dump coins which don't show any major movement for over 6 months.
Certainly when the price has make big profit for us. We have to be greedy, but don't too greedy. Also we have to know the market, if there is chance to rise more, why we have to sell it now?
When people start to buy back strong, it's time to sell my altcoin, and when people sell, I buy. But I have not done so
Usually by certain coin price or otherwise by the market situation as a whole. As for me it is the most difficult point in crypto: knowing when to buy/sell.
It depends, there is a couple of things I use. 1) Fib extension; 2) Market cap valuation (comparing with a similar project); 3) Volume; 4) General market's condition; (keep a moonbag for altseason, sell 100% on a bear market)
This is usually difficult to judge. Only those with more experience in the market may sell it at a higher price of altcoin.
in trade we would want a profit so if we sell altcoin we have means we can already calculate the profits we will be able to, as long as giving profit means the right time to sell the altcoin

That is correct. That is why I believe that creating a system of trading and strictly follow that system will going to remove emotion trading in the picture. There are many missed golden opportunities in trading due to emotionally driven trades.

If I immediately sell coins and get a good profit, then I do not risk and immediately sell coins.
It will be definitely depends on you that is why it is very important to have a solid plan before entering into any trade. Strategize very well and put limits and levels on your loses and gains its much better if you will be taking profit gradually

That person should make as much as he or she wants. It's their fault if they lose their investment money on a trade by staying in it too long.
Everyone has their own sales threshold, someone is satisfied with the profit of 10 % someone who seeks to a large percentage, so for each its own sales price, and it's up to you.

If I sell coins and get a profit of at least 50%, then I usually sell coins immediately and do not risk it.
I have come to realize people will tell you when to buy, but will never tell you when to sell, that's the decision you make for yourself. As for me, once I get 5% profit am okay. I live to trade another day than losing all in the quest of getting 10%.
The best time to sell altcoins is, when it's price is going higher. And if I bought altcoin for 1$ and price has reached 5$, I would sell it. The main rule is to be patient.
First for me it was really hard without any experience, but now I am able to study the market, research trends and patterns, look for news and big events in crypto worldwide. On top of that, recently I've found a platform, which I believe is gonna make it all more convenient and quicker - Cryptics. The guys out there are doing AI forecasting, trading engine and other cool stuff. From time to time I tend to look at forecasts, and their accuracy pretty impresses me! I'm counting in this service very much, hope it's gonna get better and better with the flow of time
You always monitor altcoin prices, until the price of coins you high you sell them for profit, do not expect too high prices, greed they will kill you. So if you can afford to sell your pennies immediately.
