That would be a long time if you are going to wait for your account to be legendary. But that would be a good thing to make it as a collateral.

Poloniex already offers their lend service,but you can offer any rate you wanna,there isnt a minimum fee to charge soo usually the loans there are around 0.03% meaning almost nothing,if they set the fee to atleast 1% or even 2% then rates above could be set by the members would be great.I doubt any reputable system will come lending money to anyone use where they wanna as btcjam and similiars programs,letting some scams build reputation and then run away.

I believe those comment were what the people which ask for a loan do with the money they ask,0,01btc wont pay any bill ,anything to eat soo i believe as well those money is used to gambling purposes,risking their accounts and colateral to make it.

Somehow if it will be used for emergency it will be very useful and also for investment it will be. But if you will just borrow for non sense things and for just gambling purposes better stop borrowing money for your addiction.
