I don't believe there is a right or wrong time to buy. I've bought at times when others said, it was the wrong time, but was it? No, not for me. I am staying put and won't sell.
The right time to buy, is when the price of it are low and you just need to wait until the price of this coin pumped and increased, so you can have more profit and sell it if you know that you can have profit.
the time when the stock price goes down, and if any stock goes up its time to sell. this is called investment.
when the price of any coin goes to down yes that is right time to buy coins and people need to hold it for long time and then the holders see its price goes to increasing so thats time to sell the coin and also keeps in mind do not panic sell the coin in low price. Yeah, it's true. And I really do believe that this really is what everyone should really do. But, is this really achievable? Well at least I know a lot wishes to be able to really do this. But the thing is, we absolutely cannot predict what the future of bitcoins together with all the other altcoins out there will be. Although there certainly are clues in the past that can really help us get a little grasp on what the next thing in the crypto world will be, it is not as accurate as we wish it to be. Plus some people still do not sell because they are being overrun by greed. Which is why they prefer holding rather than buying and selling on favorable moments. Bottom line is, everyone should do their own research to acquire needed knowledge and learn from own experiences and form experiences of others in order to really achieve success in this field.

A good time to buy bitcoin and altcoin is when you have money, and already understand how to get profit in cryptocurrency. It's useless if you buy bitcoin at a cheap price but you do not have a strategy to get profit, it is a stupid way. Buy high, hodl and sell low I guess it is the wrong way, the right one is buy with cheap price then hodl and sell when the price is high.

For me there is no right time to buy bitcoin or altcoins because it depends on you whether you are satisfied with the price of it, buy coins if you think the price suits you. But majority will say buy low sell high, well that's true, if you follow that saying now is the right time to buy coins because now all coins are in low price.

We should understand more about business. We have to make a quick profit from the investment and not be greedy. Lots of greedy people and hold their altcoins so that all the altcoins go down and they empty hands.

I am a new member. I am trying to improve my knowledge and experience of the crypto market. I suppose no one can know exactly the best time to buy. The crypto market fluctuates as the natural process, it is influenced by the number of sales and purchases. Because of this there will always be winners and losers. I think this is a good time to buy BTC and Altcoin. As compared to previous times, prices have dropped significantly.

For me the right time to buy is when there is panic selling like what happened recently. During the bloodbath almost all the altcoins are going low. That is where the opportunity is, when everyone is on fear mode. That is why don't make decisions specially if it involves selling of crypto when you are in panic. It would be difficult to catch falling knives during btc's dips. The best way is to cost average. If you have a certain amount you are willing to trade to btc then don't change is all at once. So in case the price falls more then you can buy again. Regarding to those people who buys high then hodl and sell low. I think these are people who doesn't yet believe in btc for the long run. Causing them to panic sell. Because if you fully believe in btc's future then you wont have a panic sell attitude for every dip because you believe that it will bounce back sooner. Jump to:
