I think what OP means is not that you should abandon the whole thing if you get stuck. But take a break from it and learn other things that surrounds it first then you come back to it again and probably it would be a lot easier. Example is the technical side of bitcoin, there are many that actually find it hard to have a grasp of it once they get into the space. So they end up settling for how to buy, sell and safeguard their funds. And as they continue they grow in knowledge and then some terminologies stick to them which is later a pathway that makes their ability easier. So going back to the technical part might seems easier than the first time because they would have had some knowledge of it.
I did not realized the OP wanted to said that. Because according to the OP's post he said the following and i even bolded his few words for better understanding.
This topic made sense to me as at the time of writing this and I want to use it to encourage and uplift anyone here who is feeling stuck while learning a new skill or has lost the zeal to continue, please reinvent to refire.
One way to stay on learning to the end when stuck or stagnant at a point, should be to divert attention to another interest. Let's say a newbie without any clue as to how this place converses or how cryptocurrencies or the decentralized network operates, may have to experience a hard time learning the new terms and learning from the wisdom of those who have succeeded. If after sometime one gets stuck and can't even make a sense of the whole thing, perhaps it would be time to learn something else, just to stimulate the brains concentration power and ability.
I am not saying you are wrong, i am saying maybe i might have interpret the meaning of op's post wrong but his words were saying to me to change and diverge the interest when you or anyone stuck in any phase during learning something. So that your mind keeps working and would not frustrate from making the efforts and also remained progressive not a stagnant one. I have seen many stagnant minds, so i thought thats what the op was saying.
I obviously agreed with your point too and i have noted it too. As, i also said the same in my reply that whenever i stuck at some point i tried to learn that term, make efforts to get answer of that particular problem i am facing.
