You should avoid of playing gambling with your emotion and feelings. If you play with emotion ,surely you will loss some dollars. Don't allow your emotion to control your game.I you had gain some dollars, you should skip to play and leave the game. If you made a huge loss then also you have to stop playing and leave the game.
Leave for the long term. Gambling is not a healthy lifestyle. It just don't affect you financially but mentally and emotionally as well. Even if you take home a lot of winnings, you'll just keep coming back and lose again.

As a human being we are really emotions-full in our life but if we are gambler then we should control our emotions and not play gambling with emotions and other feeling, it is same like when we deal our business like a businessman then why in gambling we are depending on emotions. Clearly we are wrong, we do gambling like a gambler then sure we have a dare to accept our lose.
Means you have to leave game immediately, if you always lose every you gamble. Unless you always win, maybe you can continue it all you want. But gambling is still gambling, most of which always end in defeat.
In my case its still very hard leaving the game on top. Maybe it was greed inside of me, telling to continue and get more money from casinos. But regretting everything when I lost everything including my bankroll.
Its a continue cycle of my end, but there are also times that I was able to control it, go home if I'm on a traditional land case, or just log off when I'm on a dice game. Well, its obvious you need to quit while you are on the plus side, but personally, its been a constant battle for me everytime I played and winning.
Good that you are able to leave the game sometimes and avoid losses, you just need to improve yourself a bit to be always on the control and not only sometimes... There are people in worse conditions. Be strong and when you start feeling yourself resistant about leaving the game, then don't think too much about it, find an impulse inside yourself, exit the casino or close the site and just think about what you did when you arrive home or some time later you closed the site. I'm sure you will feel you did the right thing and it will give you more strength to deal with situations like this on the future.

i'll make limit win and stop loss 
so if i win (ex: 30% of my bankrolls) i will leave... or if im lossing (ex: 50% of my bankrolls) i will leave, because for me gambling is just for fun... whatever i win or loss... if i won, it could be extra money for me. else, it will be not problem because i have a special budget for gambling
Cool idea to have an extra money for gambling and play from that only. So you would add the winning amount to it and can gamble more if it increases or else if it becomes zero it means its time to stop gambling . So if i'm lose already then much better i will not put my money, but the correct is just gambled if you have an extra money to play and if ever you've lose then no problem that's you extra money or much better if you win in betting your money.

It is a most common issue all gamblers will face while gambling. If you set some target for both winning and losses then you may come out of this issue but if you target is too high then no one can help you. That's why if you set a realistic target then you may make some money sometimes in gambling but not every time because sometimes you may lose all your bankroll before you make any profit.

Because I noticed when I reach that target I leave but then comeback within a few hours to try and set a new target,
which is the wrong thing to do.
Since it is a target and if it is changed all the sudden, then you are not committed to that targeted goal in the first place.
It seems that I need to set one of these "realistic targets" and stick to it and not return so recent to try and surpass that.

First of all, I must mention that this question is very difficult to answer, because once you've known when to leave the game or when to quit and don't play anymore, you will surely be rich thanks to gambling. Personally, I can not answer this question, and I do not think that I am up to be a counselor of other gamblers seen my crappy experience. Leave not only the game, but gambling itself right now. Because if you don't, you're just going to lose even more money. Gambling eats you up as time goes by. When I was a newbie in gambling I always play until I got bust because I stopping is not in my vocabulary but after a couple of moths playing dice and realized that it's been routinary when I play I win around 3x-10x of my balance then get bust so what I did is just set balance I would play which once bust then no deposits on same day anymore and if I win enough for cash out I stop and go back the day after.
That is just so weird according to me . You just say that you keep winning and you dont deposit anymore. That is just so impossible because most people will lose and that is a fact . Everyone will lose and there is nothing that we can do about it. Im quite sure that you are losing as well but you dont write that and you just say you leave when you win enough
