I hope it will soon become as international curency. Even the US government tried their best to find any reason to stop bitcoin but they couldnot. Its a new invention and every invension has to be accepted gradually. Bitcoin projected rate of 2017 is also very high.

Bitcoin is already an international currency but maybe we can see it really globally used alot when it is more stable.
When its more stable more people would invest in it and then more people adopt it causing mas adoption.

Bitcoin is popular but it has not got an recognition at international level that it deserves, but if that is done in future then we can expect more people using it and also it will be widely used and accepted.

that is the spirit, but a currency is usually referred to as money that is officially used in a nation. so the money a nations government decides on being the nations money is a currency. and of course bitcoin has no nation using it right know. so bitcoin is international money, but not currency. maybe it will be some day, but not at the moment.
we are also far from mass adoption which would be good enough for me. the currency thing is not so important imho.

I think bitcoin will not become an international currency. Because bitcoin is unlikely to become an international currency because it did not fit. I think bitcoin just as an investment. If bitcoin is used as an international currency would be very detrimental for the price certainly will not be stable.

I would say 15 to 20 years before bitcoin will be recognized worldwide as a means of converting and sending money on a large scale. It is still in the early adoption stage and most people don't use it or know what it is.

I agree. It will take some time before it can finally emerge from the depths of the currencies.
However, in terms of cryptocurrencies, bitcoin is surely the #1 so when that time comes, us bitcoin-ers will come with its success as well.
I think now we can say that bitcoin is international currency because we can use it in online shop any where we want, it can considered. But for popularization i think you are correct that it take very long time.

I really would like to see that happen but i doubt without big companies accepting bitcoins, then small merchants and all people start invest into bitcoin, the same way that happened with gold, i doubt bitcoin will be recognized, and the other side is how would a country accept that a currencie that has no entity behing it can be so sucessful.

I would say yes, bitcoin has incredible potential to be an international currency and the next mainstream technology, because bitcoin has many benefits when used, as an investment and as a currency for electronic payments.

What do you mean? Bitcoin is already an international currency. It can be sent all around the world as long as the person has access to the internet.

However, if you talking in terms of everyday life, I think that it would take many more years before this happens. I mean the price is quite volatile and there have still been a couple of security breaches.

thats true bitcoin is already an international currency and it is going to remain like that, in the future i think even countries might make it official currency

Being an official currency is still a long way to go for bitcoin but before that it should atleast get adopted by some higher companies so that the people who does not know anything about it should come to know...
well you are right but i mean it is going to happen at some point in the future and it will make us all big money then

I don't think that bitcoin can be a international currency and its not possible if it holds the users like fiat where they can spend it anywhere to buy anything but its not happening with bitcoins right now.

It is indeed something very unusual and very beneficial for someone who is already preparing a bitcoin from now on. But I'm also not too think of something beautiful in the future, for all the things that made human beings will certainly rapidly changing along with the appearance of something the same thing But different part. So, if indeed you believe then save some btc and otherwise engage in trading. Because trading is profitable and has no risk of insolvency

The great advantage of bitcoin is that it is quite a universal currency which can be carried everywhere by a person in his phone or computer. However, the unstability of bitcoin, I think, is a serious obstacle on its way of becoming an international currency. People usually seek for something reliable and can't give it for something floating. That is why I think bitcoin will never be such a currency.
Absolutely instability of bitcoin is a big problem if it is to become an international currency. Because it would be detrimental for sure to become an international currency. If you see instability bitcoin I think more appropriate if it is used as an investment.
this always depends on to what you compare bitcoin. you are right if you compare it to USD or EUR, but there are many currencies that are less stable than bitcoin.

Isn't it alreday an international currency? I think it is. Since people around the world begun to use it it has begun global, international currency. Today I think it is used on all continents. Will it be officialy recognized as such, that is another question.
The international currency or a global currency is the currency that worth in all countries and has a user covers the entire country? if viewed bitcoin you would see users from different countries? and bitcoin has a price in every country because I believe bitcoin can exchange in local currency? it means that bitcoin has become a global currency
