I hope that whole world will stop wars. Scientists say that we use about 11% of brains, well when you see how many wars we have, it does not looks like that. Hard to say for sure. The fascist pigs in DC probably draw cards or something to decide who to "liberate" next. Smart money is on a country that lacks a central bank, doesn't have an advanced nuclear weapons program, and has lots of brown people in it. Bonus points if a particular nation state is trying to sell oil for something other than US dollars.

USA won't attack Russia directly but there can be cold war as there has been recent tensions between the 2 countries on Crimea issues .
