I dont see any need for this when anytime I gamble, I am going with the mind of losing and wont even go there with the amount I am not willing to lose or afford to lose. What I do when I take unnecessary risk due to greed is just to roll and look away. When I win, I win when I lose, I move on to something else without getting down or having to feel my heart in my throat.
You can afford your loss, so you will not feel like your heart in your throat when you lose your money. People who not afford that money and they are going to lose that amount that time they must feel like this. I am also like you I don't take gambling serious, and I will play only how much I can afford.

I think the feeling of nervousness is more evident when you are just a casual gambler and you are not used to seeing green or red streaks. I felt it sometimes especially when i bet a good amount of bitcoin because i scared i might lose the next roll but ending up winning. Aside from that you will feel chills or cold to your skin when betting high amount of bitcoin. Its not just you every Gambler has the same problem, or I feel it's the thrill that one enjoys. There are people who enjoy thrill in bike riding, hikes etc we gambler enjoy it when the dice rolls, the moment between the results and roll is the best and absolutely insane moment, it's like it feels heaven everytime it happens and then when you win oh boy the pleasure is amazingly good words can't describe it, am I the only one who's so romantic about it.
One mentor of mine before taught me to bet and gamble without any emotions regardless of its outcome. So we treat gambling as a job and not just for fun. To sum it all up I think some people due to its repetition and the accumulated number of experiences that thaey have can master the pokerface where they show no emotion and feel little when they lose but I also beleieve that gambling is acombination of skill, luck and knowledge on the game itself. As a long time dice player I feel almost nothing now when it comes to nervous. I often running out of balance and doing yolo for almost 3 years. I'm more on mad when i'm going to do my last bet or doing yolo. Maybe I will only feel nervous when my bet is 1btc and up.
