I think many people here are really not holders of bitcoin, majority are using bitcoin to support their finances, this is why many keeps complaining when suddenly bitcoin value drops. Regular seller or converter of bitcoin do not contribute to the dump but those who are holder for a long period but got panic and sell their coins makes the market suffer and contribute to the dump in bitcoin price.

Many of us here are saying, why is the cryptocurrencies market is getting a dump these days. Some are saying is because of the FuD, others are saying it is because of regulations laws in south Korea and India which is also child of FUD. But did you know that  when ever you sell out of panic, you are contributing to the dump and you are also attacking the blockchain technology!
Thid is something to be a must to read by its users. People are compalining about the backdrops but they are selling their Bitcoin to somehow cut down the loss. That is true that in this way, they are contributing to the dump making its market value to continuously fall. So the best thing to do whenever its price is falling is to hold and invest. Selling is not a good option
Well those people are contributing to the dump are mostly those who are new in this. Newbie members and newbie traders who are not yet accustomed to how fast the prices of bitcoin can change from high to low and vice versa. But we can't blame them because this is also normal for a person who is new in crypto investing and trading, eventually most of this noobs will be able to realize and control their emotions.

Anyways, aside from uncontrollable feelings and emotions that affects their hodling decisions, I also think that the news about countries banning bitcoin or suppressing transactions that involves bitcoins also affects them. There are many bad news circulating in the forum and also in the news so we can conclude that this might also contribute to the dump in the bitcoin price.

Lol .... It sounds funny, but it's probably one way to avoid panic sell.
Going on vacation might make us fresh and comfortable.
Losing money or trapping is something that is torturous, and stressful. Vacation might get rid of it for a while, then go back and fix it mentally. do not panic and stay patient...

You are indeed contributing on the dump and this emotion would pass up into the community specially when backed up with some regulatory news and Fuds then we should really expect on what would be the outcome and as a part of investor or people who do involve on crypto if we do made such panic actions we are really been part of the dump and we cant really avoid this thing since there are really people who do have weak hands and being too emotional.

This is not new that always weak hands are selling it in panic, and it is always reward for the others who have faith in bitcoin because only by this way they can earn more

That is normal that selling it in panic, because they cannot speculate when will be rise again. But we  do not be worry about these because there is a big cances and possibility that it will rise again like a rhythm the action is repeated again and again. Bitcoiner will because they have an idea if it will rise they can earn bigger than before. That is a good thing in bitcoin.

Inexperienced traders will be too emotional when the price swings high or low. I’ve seen panic buying and selling and I’ve been guilty of those myself especially when I first go into Bitcoin.

Unfortunately there is no way to avoid this because there are always new investors getting into cryptocurrencies. When a correction or crash occurs, a lot of the newbies get shaken out of the market. Then the more serious investors are left as the recovery begins.

That's true because people are being trapped by these Officials to show up by selling huge amounts and participate in those sell-offs.
Those having smart minds may not have take such steps may have waited and even bought more at the bottom knowingly that the markets are getting "corrected" because they have always witnessed what happens when a Bitcoin rebound takes place.

Umm, how exactly are they attacking the Blockchain technology?
Blockchain is the root of Bitcoins for it to work, so how is it being attacked while Governments are going to use it?

Exactly! Almost all of us are complaining why bitcoin dumps, when it will rise again, is it dead now without realizing that we are the one making the price of bitcoin, so it is us who are making those prices and if we are not trusting this one, then how could it become successful? We should all unite together to create things based on our expectations/predictions by simply holding what we do have.
Thank you sir for award me a merit over this topic and I really appreciate you altcoins enthusiasts for the merit too. People are selling even at 50% loses and the same people are crying why bitcoin is falling.
For your kind gesture I am going to reward you too because both of you have make a very wonderful comments about the current happenings too. Thank a lot.

Well selling at dump or when the price was decreasing is for those people that newbie in trading they follow of what they fell in emotions and then start panicking. Yes at this point you are right that selling when the price was down is contributing to have more red bloody bath.
But for me i wont sell my bitcoin if i know that i have lose a lot of them, much better to hold and have a patience and profit will follow.
Just like what now as i was posted this bitcoin was slowly recover from dip.

Agreed - however, trading is never for faint hearted. It's also important to evaluate your position and while you should not panic sell, sometimes it's worth scaling your position down to minimize losses

Most of us should already know this before investing in to crypto, we can't do anything to stop people from selling their bitcoin because it's their money. On the bright side bitcoin is starting to recover now despite of the bad news from $8,500 to $9,000.

but sometimes it's better to sell the asset because if it's dump too much, you will even lose more. in the other hand, after you sell your assets you can still buy back your assets and got more than when you sell it, i think it's more profitable than holding it. everyone has their opinion, but that's how i've been trading on crypto market.
It still depends on the timing because the dip/crash doesn't happen most of the time with bitcoin and if it does it's only for a short time then immediately recover.  This could be the second longest dip i've seen I might be wrong though.

I agree to this, since bitcoin price is based on demand the moment people got panic whenever the value of bitcoin drops then sold their coins believing it will help them to cut their loses makes it more devastating for the market of bitcoin, the supply will be idle in the circulation while the demand continue to decrease in the end a more dump in bitcoin price will be experience.

In retrospect it is easy to say that but in a situation where your money is at stake its understandable to try to cut losses.

I agree. That's why the price keeps on dumping instead of increasing. People keeps on complaining about the price but at the same time selling the coins they have. Although they are aware that they contributing to the dump everytime they sell out of panic, they still keeps on worrying that the value of their money would become 0 if it continues. I suggest that don't mind the panic sellers, thinl of it as  a good advantage for all the investors to buy bitcoin.

Lol. Of course they know, and if there are people who do not know that they are contributing to the dump when they do panic selling, then I must say, the level of stupidity that these people have must be on a different level. Lol. Now anyways, only a selected few are really that amazingly talented at being stupid. So for most of the "normal" people who know that they are contributing to the dump when panic selling, they are doing this not because they want to either attack cryptos or to contribute to the dump and make it worse. It's just that their fears just got the best out of them. I mean, who would even want to cut losses and lose the potential of gaining more profits? They are just panicking because they probably invested most of what they have or made a loan just to invest. Which explains their course of action. If only these people controlled their greed and just invested money they can afford to lose, there will be no panic sellers. But hey, that's their choice, and clearly, there is absolutely nothing that we can do about it.
