You got it wrong. I'm not using the localbitcoin site. I am using coins.ph it's a web wallet specifically for asia.

They charge lesser than other sites to buy bitcoins. And they provide bank, credit cards even top up mobile load to biy bitcoins.

Also transactions are made by the admins.

You should be careful when dealing with Localbitcoin members, whereas you do not need much verifications to buy bitcoin at Localbitcoins their charges are not cheap, in fact their price quotations is more than that of preev.com and bitstamp.

Depends what Credit you have , some of them have Card to Card system like Neteller as far as I know , Payoneer is less used so you have low chances to find people accepting it .
So if you have Neteller just make a topic on the currency exchange section and trade there with someone and you should be fine just make sure you trade with trusted members

BTC-e is indeed a nice option, however some of the methods that don't require authentication on the BTC-e side, require it on the other side, the payment processor. I though I could simply open an OKPay account, send some funds there with wire transfer and then use that to buy Bitcoins. Turns out it wasn't that simple, OKPay also needs verification if you want to deposit from any other source than bitcoin.

Try asking around the forums, maybe somebody lives in your area and is willing to sell of some coins. Also, you can make a search and see if there are any Bitcoin ATMs near your place.

coinimal, try it, they do not hold your bitcoin, the conversion is automatic, from the time you decide to send them to your bank account, with should be attached to your credit card

they have a minimal 500 usd, and under that value they do not require any ID

This would be the best way OP, another way would be if you find a trader here on the forum which accepts WU/MG as payment methods, but you'd still be required to give your credentials to WU/MG to send the money. Just make sure to use an escrow if you decide to trade on the forum.
