Now on any normal exchange like livecoin they allow you to deposit funds using third party payment processor like perfect money , adv cash , etc. They do have a limit so follow that daily limit and you'll be fine. Another way would take a bit more fees but still works you should use coinmama i don't know now but few weeks ago i bought just by entering my details and some random passport number. I have heard they did add some selfie verification but I'm not completely sure about this. Or just stick with local bitcoins
Paxful is always been the way to go. Also localbitcoin.com, there's a couple other websites that are not as trusted. if you're going to do this, depending on your method of payment, then take a look at Paxful and local bitcoins as your number one point of action then go from there. Do not trust anyone here on the forum and especially if they throw the word escrow around, that means nothing when you cannot trust either of the two people involved.

Unfortunatley exchanges are getting more and more invasive with KYC laws and banks are holding exchanges accountable. I've bought quite a few bitcoins through local bitcoins and have nothing but good experience with them and the people I did business with. I do, however, recommend that you only use cash deposit rather than something that the payment can be reversed (which ends up with you being scammed) since it's one of the easiest ways to verify that you paid with the site and the person you are buying from.
As far as i am concern, you can purchase BTC from your local community if you want to avoid exposing your personal informations publicly.
You can also try buying it through PayPal,if you try to buy it online its more risky and just like what the OP says he has to give his driver's license and so on, and those things were your personal information, and what if they will use your personal info to pretend as you and then use it illegally? you will be at risk and in the end you might be put in jail for some reasons.
Its better to protect your anonymity no matter what happens, for your own safety purpose and for you to be secure as always.

You are not so smart are you? If you buy with your credit card or debit card then the more need for the person to verify his or her identification online, something which the OP is trying to avoid. Before posting anything please try to understand the context of the thread.

You can buy bitcoin without verifying via ATM card/debit card/credit card. Here in my country, you can also buy bitcoin directly without using ATM card, because we have one merchant here who accepted bitcoin which is convenient store outlet that affiliated at coins.ph
"PH"? That means that service is based and offered in the Philippines? What if I am in another country? How can someone buy Bitcoin from them? Do they require their customers to upload their ID and proof of address?
The safest and most accessible for OP would be a Bitcoin ATM. It is fast and anonymous. But I believe you pay for a higher price than what is offered in the exchanges online.
