You can buy bitcoin without verifying via ATM card/debit card/credit card. Here in my country, you can also buy bitcoin directly without using ATM card, because we have one merchant here who accepted bitcoin which is convenient store outlet that affiliated at coins.ph

kraken has this option up to 10k a month and 2k a day without any id requested, with id you just rise your limit to 250k a month and 10 a day i think, i need to check again

In my opinion it is really necessary for them to verify your ID, probably those sites that you have tried before are under the Anti-Money Laundering or they are preventing people to use the money they have from illegal. I think all big exchanges are having the same platform in order to secure and avoid bad reputation to their service .

Cex.io could be your only option or second one before yobit, but in cex.io there is an easy process of ID verification as they only require you to take a screenshot with your face and the visa card and then when you try to buy for first time you'll need to send a small transaction like $0.5 and they will ask for the number attached to your transaction report in visa card menu to make sure you really own that card.

I haven't bought bitcoin using credit or my debit card directly. What I do is I'm using my Paypal and use virwox for buying. They are not going to require you any ID's or other documents that needs to confirm your identity but their fees is going to kill you if you are that type of person that hates to be charged upon transacting.
