For me A good bounty has a good bounty pool (3%&up) that is handled by the trusted campaign managers the likes of Amazix, Btcltcdigger, Blockeye, Deadley,Hotachy, olcaytu2005, Sylon, Wapinter etc. With these bounty managers, your time and effort for your work would be compensated.
Oh, if there was a place where you could get a great bounty. we would have long earned all the money in the world

One of my favorite options is to ask which bounty manager is the greatest, there are some lists around here on the web, all of the bounties lead by particular bounty managers, and you can see all the bounties of this particular manager and join all of them.
As for me personally, I am just participating in some telegram groups, where all those bounties are published every day, and so, there is a couple of skilled guys, who would share their thoughts about this bounties, and we will know is it trustworthy.

Here is the problems of people when a newbie post this people ask them nicely to go to marketplace altcoins>bounties and others would say go make a research, others would offer link in this situation. I think it is better if you check the list of available bounties and do a research about them yourself because it is only then that you can decide which one is good for you because everybody have their own opinion and they bounty they believe in.
You can use the bitcointalk platform and check through at the bounty section but you migth not be able to view recent added bounty, Check through on icobench click on bounty you will get to see Ongong and upcoming ICO with bounty

you can see a lot of good bounty campaign on altcoin section. just choose a bounty campaign that you think is worth it of your time.
You can search manually on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=238.0 or you can join some good bounty in Bountyhive. I think Bountyhive is best way to find good bounty also it friendly for newbie.

I can recommend bounty Luckchemy. They have fat awards and the project uniquely promises success I mean you should learn from your self and what would happen if they gave you a bounty and it ended up being a scam you would blame them for it.

I recently started doing work on bountyhive, its much easier and simpler than doing it here, because i recently found out that 50% of bounties i do here are just plain scams

choose a good bounty I think it is the first assumption, the end result is luck, so keep working for the bounty that you think good no doubt from bounty will give you an advantage.
