That is not entirely true. Yes, most campaigns on this forum need you to have above Newbie level, but I have personally seen a few that lets Newbies participate. Also, even if you have no account here above Newbie, you can participate in blogging bounties or youtube bounties. Create your own content, if it is really good you get good readers and audience. You get paid for that, regardless of your BCT rank. And there are even other bounties, like email lists, and social media like FB and Twitter.

Look at websites like icobench and icorating. You will find good ICOs with bounties there. We can't really suggest you projects because there are too many to choose from. You just have to make your own research and also, choose a bounty that has a project that is interesting to you. That will make the bounty campaign much more enjoyable and lighter.
I think you first need to get a rank of Junior Member, and then look for yourself a bunch of campaigns. It is very difficult for newcomers to find a good bowing campaign and I would advise you to first get a higher rank, then look for a project. Finding a really good project takes a lot of time.
It is hard to find a good bounty, a lot of bounty or project are scam or can't have a good ico. So in my way is to find out the project is good or not. If the answer is not, I will not join the bounty no matter how much it will give in its bounty.

Now I participate in NagriCoin Signature bounty and I hope that this project will succeed. I think that you should choose a bounty program to join the same way as you're chosing a project to invest in. Maybe you're not investing money buy you invest your time. What project would I support financially? For sure, the one which has lofty ambitions. If you see an ICO which is solving an important problem, it’s a good sign. That's why I've chosen this project.
