I don't think you should be here.
You should look for technical people at the local technology forum and they will help you develop the project. (if the project is promising)

I have a great idea for a crypto project. I would love to work on it but I am not a developer and dont know much about code. I'd be willing to lead the project on all other areas. Where can I meet developers and pitch them my idea?
Undoubtedly, it's hard to find developers so they just do not steal your idea. It's another matter if you have like-minded people from a close circle who understand the technical details.
I agree, it's complicated. I can wish you only good luck ...

If you want to hire a developer than you go any freelancing website where you can hire developers.Such as Freelancer, graphics contest, 99 designs and so on. You can also go to github.

There are plenty of developers available in the Github platform. If your project is worthy enough, you will surely gain success. Best of luck for your project.

You can ask for information about the team, then go to the team's developers and ask about the development. But I think it's too much trouble. You can talk to them directly by telegraph or twitter

Truly I unequivocally concur with this sentiment, frame your own group and make your own undertaking. Begin by making a reasonable idea and a decent prospect for some financial specialists who are keen on the venture that you frame alongside your colleagues. Then post your idea or projects on the forum or different site to get response.

I think service section is right place to post your expectation. Because most of the developers and Crypto experts are always active in that section so if you follow my instructions definitely you will reach your goals.

There are a lot of developers in the real world. You can find them in personal meetups if you have their contacts and if not there are summits organized quite often. You can go there and discuss you ideas with them. There is a BWC Blockchain World Conference which is going to be conducted in a few weeks.
You can also find developers online on various forums, channels, websites etc ... like github, bitcoitalk, discord, reddit, telegram etc...

You can give services section a try.
Or you can look at the CVs and choose from platforms like upwork, freelancer or fiverr.
There is a new platform called drem.ac, but still new to give it a try.

I think why don't you try to build your own team to develop your own idea? I think it's better way than share your idea for another developer cause it'll lead to your idea stolen. I don't think it's hard to find out coder, PR, developer for your idea and you can easy to create your own project for your idea Grin
yes I strongly agree with this opinion, form your own team and create your own project. start by creating a clear concept and a good prospect for many investors who are interested in the project that you form along with your teammates. so your idea will not be in vain and profit will be maximized. good luck!

Meet developers is not difficult, but why did you go to meet him? Usually, if you have a skill you can choose to join their team, otherwise just to meet one, I think that others will usually refuse you.

You can put an ad in this forum in the Services or Project Development sections, you state the conditions and if there is someone interested he or she can contact you by PM. There are several similar ads in these sections.

I would rather partner up with a developer that is passionate about the project and would be willing to work on it sharing the premine.

It is not as easy as that.
You will still need capital for them to work as full as they can. What if the project did not click? What happens to all that time and effort that they have done? You are the one in need so better be ready for some payment for your team.
It is okay if maybe you are friends or relatives but that doesnt happen much.
Maybe look for an investor first for the project to be backed up.
