You can find them on github. That's a lot of developers living in hiding. If you have some money and want to hire a developer, you can search on freelancers. good luck
I have a great idea for a crypto project. I would love to work on it but I am not a developer and dont know much about code. I'd be willing to lead the project on all other areas. Where can I meet developers and pitch them my idea?
