I find it hard to find new ICOs on the forum as they don't sort chronologically, and not about to go running through page after page after page of listings. I like to use several of the ICO listing sites in combination, as it seems none of them list all ICOs.
Usually I would say bitcointalk, but lately, it's getting pretty common for ICO's to register themselves to all kinds of index websites. Try ICO ratings or ICO or ICO alert and start going through the list. don't be lazy tho, go into their websites and other channels to find some more info.
As usual I visit icobench.com and bitcointalk. Sometime it seems to me that all the placements on big sites are payed but we have to find new sources of information. at icobench u can see a rating that can help u to find a good projects and start to investigate it.
look at the Bitcointalk forum to find interesting icos. I'm looking at signature campaigns of users because no one joins an ico campaign that will fail. Participants in the Signature bounty campaign are looking into the project thoroughly.
Maybe I get it from bitcointalk, facebook, telegram, and also I have to be guided by people who understand about this, in order to get a better and interesting project.
Try to read about ICO's, how to recognize the good offer. I used CryptoCompare and IcoAlert and this forum when I was searching for good ICO offers.
I find my best ICOs through internet by searching in the search engines. You can try out this ICO website you will find interesting ICOs there. cryptocompare.com.

Jokes apart, I like your portfolio, looks really solid; Omnitude and Cointed will skyrocket very soon. Bountie and Monero already have pretty big market cap but will still keep growing. If I may give you a suggestion: Read about Giftz or ATF, they are very solid as well. Do your research on the 'world wide web' and good luck on your investments.

I try finding them on here and a few other websites but after the past few months it is clear that I don't like digging for ICOs because the opportunities are so few in between it isn't worth the effort I feel like. I would rather sit on a beach and read a book, and I literally hate that

Also worth following the news, if an already big company announces an ICO (Telegram for example), you'll definitely notice it.
I just see which ICO is going high or the price is increasing so i invest into it. But for instance i am investing in ETH because the price and demand both are increasing
on this forum a lot of information and different sites to the ratings of ICO projects, advertising, youtube, social networking. Not a problem to find, harder to find a promising and worthwhile!
