I usually take information from Telegram and Twitter

They are not very reliable sources.

Coindesk and Cointelegraph are good news sites but lately they have promoted articles that I don't like. I guess that's the price of being popular in this sector.
We need an ad-free news site that runs with banner ads only.

Most of the news you get here only at bitcointalk. However for the coins that you own that you have mentioned in your post, I suggest that you should join their slack or discord channels and mostly that is the place where new news are announced before it is sometimes published here.

All  reddit subforum are a good place to get some news (of course to be used with a grain of salt). My top 3 to suggest:

https://www.reddit.com/r/ethtrader/
https://www.reddit.com/r/CryptoCurrency/

Yes, Coindesk and Cointelegraph are really great to hear about the last new things taking place in the cryptocurrency sector. I also follow twitter where lots of active users share their ideas and analysis.

Last, some bitcoin youtube channels are pretty fine too.

The above really provide some greats insights and news which all the cypto lovers and enthusiast mist go though if interested in getting more knowledge. Also there may be few which might not be mentioned but as far as you get the answers to your questions that should work fine. Also some of the youtube channels do have amazing stuff regarding the cypto currency.

What websites (besides this forum) or other sources do you use to get news about your coins?
I read on bitcointalk but have the feeling that I miss a lot of interesting news about the coins I own (currently BTC, OMG, ADX, SUB, KMD, ARK, BLOCK, ETH) and would like to stay more 'in the news'.

Thanks in advance for your reply!
The very first news appears on Twitter, where I watch them. I receive unsolicited news from a telegram. On YouTube and in the telegram, you can find good reviews on trade ideas and ICO.

You can look at rating websites - they have news about all upcoming ICOs and reviews on the project - for other types of news social media is good
Those are also very different. Which websites do you mean exactly are good, not or not only for ICO listing but with ratings (ok, like on icorating) and news (like on coindesk, for example)?

Twitter is the best for news ..
most of the projects tweet their news first of all
Could possible agree, but if you are following a lot of projects, people from their teams, analysts, media, and so on, it's getting hard... In fact, the same goes for any social media, I guess. Following news websites or some particular blogs is a way to consume kinda filtered information, only what's most important and worth it, so I am glad to find really good suggestions of websites in this thread that are quite new to myself. However and anyway, it goes withour saying that kinda golden mean is needed between watching twitter or other social media only and reading news websites only.

It is easy to find different news portals providing information regarding cryptocurrency searching through Google. Other than this Twitter and Facebook has got specific pages for the ICO programs. So, it has been made simple to reach out to the common people with ease than the past days when people feared of revealing news regarding cryptocurrency.
