There are hundreds of cryptomedia & listings nowadays.
But after quick research, I realised that there are few resources where you can find all info about ICOs and crypto in one place.

And I've found this resource: https://forico.io

On this platform I found info about ICOs, agencies, experts, media, events, listings. Every project is rated by analysts.

What do you think about that? What else maybe you would like to see on a platform like this?
Who would want to rely on other people's analysis to make decision in the first place, which is one of the reasons I have never really bothered myself trying to look at rating sites reviews before making decisions.

Secondly, ratings can be bought, from the site to the analyst, so what is there for me to rely on in this case. Take a look at how ICOBench operates and you will know these guys are never there for the community and they care less with the only thing they care about being their pockets.

For me, there is no specific platform to look up to, there are sites that gives informations about upcoming ICOs but most times, their informations are not correct or incomplete. So it's best to look up for verified informations about ICOs in the ICOs websites and also from their social medias. I believe every informations that an investor will need will be there. But yet, giving a complete informations doesn't mean the ICO isn't a scam.

I have trust issues and for this I rely on the forums basically for informations. I look into some other websites too.

Actually, ICOBench is a good site, they give an honest opinion about the projects, and the main rate is made by experts who are independent.
Honest opinion you say ?
I am sure you have not really found out they are the most exploitative platform for ICO rating presently on earth and I really wonder why anyone will have to make use of them anyway.

They charge huge amount just to get a project on the platform, you have to pay analysts to rate your project, you have to pay even before you can become an analyst and all these things put together, does not sound like a platform I want to bet on to give me verified information and so are other ones.

Great service, i like that everything is connected (like ICOs with experts, agencies with projects and so on). I would like to see there more ICOs and maybe some "News" section.
Rating and review websites are not to be trusted. They take money from the project owners, get it listed, some even get to pay analyst to rate their product and some analysts even give a dishonest opinion sometimes to blackmail good projects.

With all these, I wonder why any sane minded person will ever want to use such platform to judge what they should be investing in or not. I have my criteria to always look for in a project and I prefer going through that length to know what I am investing in than relying on some bull shit analysis.

There are lot of scam and fraud companies on the ICO-market today but some can be really honest and helpful. My friends who recently launched an ICO published all the detailed information at https://forico.io and got really high rating for free (just because they provided all the details, answered all the extra-questions and they have really amazing project).

We should be just more attentive while choosing resources with the info

I would also like to see things like interviews with the CEO, or core team members. This adds a lot of transparency to a project that is normally lacking in the crypto space.

You mean interviews in the personal project's blog or somewhere in media (officially)? Or it doesn't matter for you, you just would like to get a vision of CEO and the team?

As much as i don't want to rely on things like this, checking on these is a pretty good basis too. I check the basic information about the ico and its token specification on icobench, though some say that the site is a "paid-to-get high ratings" or "ratings are just bought there" it can still be a good source of basic information.

I can agree that this resource gives a lot of information about ICOs, just don't understand how they choose ICOs and ratings

Pretty interesting and enjoyable platform that can be useful. A nice and simple interface with which it's nice to work. But you do not have to completely trust these sites and make decisions on your own.

Analyst may help but verification doesn't stop there.  It is advisable to read the whitepaper first before making a verification Team developers can be verified by checking on their profile background. Make sure that the company has legal identity. It is good choice if the ICO has a working product. Sometimes I do make a good choices but the acceptance of the audience is necessary also to make the project prosper.  Just pray that it will achieve softcap.

I have never really been a fan of relying on analysts or whoever it is in making quality decisions. This is my money and I do proper digging and research myself to know which project I should be investing in, why I should be investing in it, and what I stand to gain if it ends up working out well and this is where the idea of checking for product abaialbility, a team that looks like can deliver and the prospect of the coin or token generating huge demand based on the product in future. As long as you are an investor, you have to do it yourself.
This I think is applicable especially for those who have been in this business for some time that being self-reliant counts more than being dependent. For some instance like for newbies in the business, they still need to hear from others the things they may need to know.
But still, I don't recommend giving a full trust to those ICO raters.

You shpuld not be depending on any one platform to get your information about ICO's or any new crypto related projects. Best place is here at bitcointalk, then there are other places like twiiter, telegram and discord channels of the particular project that you may be interested in.
Should you even be depending on any platform to make decision ? Even on bitcointalk, you will get to see people who will say things they really do not care about, since reviews are bought in most cases anyway and as long as such a person is paid, conscience is the last thing they want to think about.

It is your fund you are investing, and I am sure when you are losing, no one will even tell you sorry since you will have to wallow in self-pity all by yourself. So, in that case, doing proper diligence all by yourself is far more important than any place with verified information.

Of course you should make a decision relying only on your experience and thoughts, but anyway you need some resources to find some info and projects between which you will decide
