I was using cryptopia and hitbtc and both were trusted and legit but now cryptopia seems dead for a few weeks, I moved to DEX exchanges.
Also, no one is going to tell you truth which exchanges they are using, because everyone knows the scammers are keeping their eye here and there.

Those were the top listed trading exchanges. I too prefer these, and keeping it long term will help with the biggest profitability which requires time and patience. IDEX is also good, you can also try it if your coin is not listed on Forkdelta, it is also recommended by many and it is already trusted site exchanger that you can trade and exchange your altcoins to bitcoin. loads of exchanges have come up with offers way more better than just giving a cryptocurrency in exchange for another. altcoins have some much exchangers where they can be traded with so much ease and better offers. exchangers with robust network sufficient enough to accommodate loads of transaction within a second.
Don't even try to trade on HitBTC. I wanted to get rid of some low value bags in my account, sold them, but they have huge withdrawal fees. Much more than Bittrex or Binance. They are ridiculous.. asking for a few bucks for a simple withdrawal. And they also have high trading fees. They should focus on offering lower commissions if they want to even compete with the major exchanges.
Using bittrex, mercatox and Binance for now trade most of my Shit coins on mercatox while solid project coin on Binance and bittrex, been a good exchanges though

If this is true then it will be very nice. I love the fact that you can trade your token even without it been listed on a top exchange. As for me i used binance and huobi those are my best exchanges as they can be trusted any day any time

What are the fees to list on some of the listed exchanges?
There is lot of good exchange is there but many exchange showing fake volume i would suggest binance,kucoin is good exchange.
