Balmoral Island off the coast of Nassau is one of my favorite places to visit.
but I personally wouldn't be traveling anywhere while the Coronavirus is spreading like crazy all over the world.
yeah nice piece of advice mate because this is really alarming,but if there is really a need for Him to travel then better visit places like tropical countries because those countries are safer for their sunny location things that can kill Corona Virus easily.according to studies the virus can die sooner when exposed to Sun. 
Try Philippines there are many popular beaches there like Boracay, El Nido Palawan and Siargao Island.

At the moment yes its not wise to travel due to this virus, better safe than sorry.
