I can give you some variants of places where to hire a team:
1.Consult a recruiter
2. Ask your professional circles for a referral
3.Attend tech events to look for talented developers
4.Try online software development hiring platforms
Many developers also have their own personal blogs so they may become a great source for potential candidates.
There is also advice about the project Smiley I think studying online is the best way to get an education. So, creating an e-learning platform is a great choice. Check the article to get more ideas https://requestum.com/e-learning-platform

For some users who want to create a team they mostly go on the service section or project development section of this forum, also you can try your luck to find the best guys on fivrr or or even in upwork since mostly those freelance site got a skilled guy to work with your project. But don't expect for them to accept tokens in return since for sure professionals will demand a quality return for the job and effort given.

I wouldn't use the forum or other forums to hire people. Unless they can prove their qualifications and are truely what they say they are, everything is too secretively here.

Look at using linkdelin or Angellist, those are probably the best platforms to hire accomplished people that have substance on their resume, and use a recruitment agency it you have funds to burn and you want to exclusive approach.

There are several approaches that use Deployplace in order to assemble a cool team of top Deployment specialists.

1. Goal-oriented approach (based on goals). This approach is based on improving the ability of group members to navigate the processes of choosing and implementing group goals. The process is carried out with the help of a consultant. Goals can be strategic in nature or can be set in accordance with the specifics of the activity, for example, as a change in productivity or level of sales. Goals can also be set as a change in the internal environment or any processes.

2. Interpersonal approach (interpersonal). It focuses on improving interpersonal relationships in the group and is based on the fact that interpersonal competence increases the effectiveness of the group as a team. Its goal is to increase group trust, encourage joint support, as well as increase team communications.

3. The role-based approach. This approach involves discussions and negotiations among team members regarding their roles. This approach is based on the assumption that teams in the role plan consist of partly overlapping ranges of roles. In team behavior, much can be understood and changed by changing their performance, as well as the individual perception of these roles.

I would like some opinions on where the best place is to hire people for an upcoming project. If anyone has any advice or experience within this area, please drop a reply!  Smiley Have a great day!

You can find them everywhere, all you have to do is to post what you are looking for a person and his qualifications, on various social media on facebook and her on Bitcointalk, the most important thing is there resume, do not believe that LINKED is a great place, you can post anything in your resume and the network have no idea if all of these are true, another good place is fiverr, you can see their work and their feedback.

Finding a team for your project would have not been issue at all but because of you being a newbie will find it difficult to get across to the right individual for your project on the forum. My advice to you is try to hire rank up or employ the service of a higher ranked individual on the forum for help.
As long as he has a legitimate project and he can give a proof transparently about his project then I think it is an easy way to hire many people.

Especially if he intend to promote his project through bounty campaign the I have confident there will be many bounty hunter who will promote his project although he is newbie account.

So, it will be good for OP to make a conclusion about his project on this thread in order to the people on this forum believe that you have a legitimate project and deserve to be choose by some people who have an experience on it.

Thoughts on the Panasonic GH5?

Hi friends, I'm considering an upgrade to my camera and am pretty taken with the Panasonic GH5. I know it's a bit of an older camera, but judging from the specs (see this article to see what I mean: https://www.photographytalk.com/panasonic-gh5-review) it's a pretty full featured camera. I have been a Canon user for many years, but I don't have so much invested into Canon that I can't make the switch to Panasonic. Just wondering if anyone has experience with the GH5 and if it really does live up to all the hype. I like what the reviews say about its excellent color rendition and contrast, which would be great for printing on canvas. So, Panasonic users, let me hear your thoughts!

Linked in is a hub of developers reddit also is also a good place and there are a lot of our members who are capable to handle anything related to cryptocurrency, but I doubt if they can pass the profile verification because people prefer to be anonymous here compare to LINKEDIN.

First and foremost, what is your project? What is the niche of your project? You need to have a clear vision and mission on how that project is going to make an impact or difference to the community. These are the essential things that you need to ask yourself before fully launching it.

When you hire someone to be part of your development team, there are lots of sources you can find. Since I’m from the Philippines, I usually go to OnlineJobs.ph to find strong candidates to be part of the team. Review their portfolio and strengths, and take time to ask why should they be the right people for the job.

4 years ago, I was hired to become a customer relations manager of a virtual assistant company with no experience at all. But why he hired me over the experienced ones? The key to that is that everything can be learned from scratch and to give them a chance to show what they can do.

The thing is that even if they have no experience but willing to learn, you’ll never know that one day you may said to yourself, “Hiring this person even with no experience was the best decision ever.”. Been there done that.

Same thing goes to those who are into the blockchain industry (but for technical stuff, experienced ones are needed). Just my two sats.

The best place is the service section of this forum, we have people there who can create a coin, experts on smart contract and coding a coin and of course bounty managers, so better look there, but since you need real people and not fictitious name, better ask for their professional media account like LINKEDIN.

If you look at ICO you can see that majority of its members linked their profile to their linkedin profile so if you want to build up a team then LINKEDIN is the best place to find and build your team, you can also find a lot of good developer here in Bitcointalk especially in the service section.

Start hunting forums. Cryengine forums or unreal engine forums, even unity forums. Or game development forums that are not focused on 3d game development. You also have to decide what type of your project will be and what programming language you will use, yesterday I read a great article on this blog - https://merehead.com/blog/most-in-demand-programming-languages-2021/  there are many developers working on pixel art games and stuff. Peek into TigSource and such places. There are many out there if you just look for them
