So Many Thanks for your most informative posting on here.

You can also buy Bitcoin from the local traders just check out local Bitcoin traders site and go with the one who has more trust and transactions

To buy with local traders I don't know about it. But in localbitcoins and kraken are best to do trade in Europe or united states.

Just find a right traders according to their positive feedbacks and trusts at there. There is escrow as well to secure your bitcoin and for other party as well, try for it

I left lbc off because I figured everyone knew about but I really should have it on there.

Kraken is good in US for buying BTC only if you are willing to wait for wire transfers to go through.

What are the fees for withdrawing funds from kraken compared to coinbase/circle?  Is NY allowed?  Would it work if you have usa bank acct but living in another country?

There are no withdraw fees at coinbase/circle. They only charge fees during the buy. I don't know about withdraw from Kraken as I have not bought from them.

Anyone else with experience with kraken can give answer to this?  Anyone from NY uses kraken and the fees for selling bitcoin to them?

I'm with you on Circle, bro.  I just started using them last month and they're great--but I'm not a high roller like yourself in need of >1btc in one shot.  You can probably try to get bigger deals done here but watch out for the scammers.  There's quite a few members who have constant offers of multiple btc for sale.  Good luck, sir.

Do you know of places to quickly buy >1 BTC per day in the US? I know I can do WU on LBC but online is so much easier. The ideal place for me is Circle with higher limits. Does such a place exist?

I posted this list elsewhere and figure this is a good starting point.

Coinbase - The instant buy limit is extremely low. Normal buys take up to 9 days to arrive. Limit increases are extremely slow.
Circle - The instant buy limit is $300 per week but can be raised to $3000 per week (max). Limit increases are slow.
Kraken - Recently started allowing buys from 37 US states. Wire transfer only.
Bitfinex - Wire transfer only.
Payeer - Fees vary for adding funds. ~3% to withdraw as BTC.
Virwox - Very high fees
Gemini - idk, still working on verification
Digatrade - idk, still working on verification
Snapcard.io - No instant buy. ACH transfer takes 7 days.
ANXBTC - They do not allow deposits from US.
Coinimal - They do not allow registration from US.
Bittylicous - They do not allow deposits from US. Fees are high.

Others
BTC ATMs - Most are anonymous. I have never used one.
Craigslist - There are a few people in my area that advertise cash deals.

If any one would like, I can add other countries to list.

Hi, Mike,

https://cryptonit.net offers a possibility to buy bitcoins with paypal and credit/debit cards after passing verification procedure. We support both Visa and MasterCard.

Should you have any questions, feel free to let me know.

Kind regards

Hmm have a bank account linked as well? If you do then no idea why your insta limit is $50...

Yes I do. It appears they increase limits based upon something besides time.

Someone sent me a pm and I thought this would be good to share:

Quote
btc-mike,

Thanks for the info.

"Circle - The instant buy limit is $300 per week but can be raised to $3000 per week with many buys. Limit increases are slow (i think it was 1 month for me)."

I haven't made any buys from them. I didn't think they'd really be increasing to 3k any more.
I've created an account there and linked to 2 debit cards of mine at 2 different banks, but I'm at the $300/wk limit.
It sounded to me like they had decided to get out of the btc business and just become a fiat money transfer company.

If you don't mind - wondering how many buys you made during that month and avge amount/transaction.
I'm not interested in buying currently but would like a reliable site available for that purpose, and especially in case I want to sell.

My reply:

You need to request the increase and then wait.

I buy from them every day. Approx $3000/wk

I have mainly used coinbase but I'm comfortable at $200/week max instants.

That is a good comparative list though, am looking to try others out because coinbase seems to be getting a bad rep when it comes to privacy and control.

How long did it take you to get to $200? I am still at $50

It didn't take long, maybe two weeks. I verified some personal info though, no sending of documents. Don't use coinbase straight to sketchy sites/merchants obv.

WHAT?? I am fully verified with docs for over 2 months and I am at $50 each week. I need to call them!

I use BitQuick its safe, simple and the quickest way to buy Bitcoin or sell Bitcoin (the process only takes 3 hours or less from start to finish!). You can get .1 BTC to 10BTC a day if you want.

I didnt know it was took only 3 hours. My fear was that it would take 24 hrs or more. I will try it tomorrow. Will even use your affiliate lnk for turning me onto it.

Also going to try LibertyX this weekend. They have $2500 / week limit.

I made this list while looking for places to buy >1 BTC per day at or near cost. I am in the US.

I currently use Circle and Localbitcoins (Moneygram).

Circle.com - The instant buy limit is $300 per week but can be raised to $3000 per week (max). Limit increases are slow.
Coinbase.com - The instant buy limit is extremely low. Normal buys take up to 9 days to arrive. Limit increases are extremely slow.
Snapcard.io - Allows instant buy via CC @ 4.5%. $50/day max. Verification can be slow, contact support.
Payeer - Fees vary for adding funds. ~3% to withdraw as BTC.
Digatrade - "We’ve had to disable the credit card payment processing functionality on DigaTrade until further notice."
Gemini - Verification for address is hard because they do not accept bank/CC statements.
Cryponit.net - Exchange. Add fund instantly with CC. There is no trade volume.
Kraken.com - Recently started allowing buys from 37 US states. Wire transfer only.
Bitfinex - Wire transfer only.
Virwox - Very high fees
ANXBTC - They do not allow deposits from US.
Coinimal - They do not allow registration from US.
Bittylicous - They do not allow deposits from US. Fees are high.
