Hi...

I have almost US$ 8,00 in a Paypal account and I Want to transform these few bucks in some satoshis.  Grin

Where can I do this with safe?

For a higher amount (and if you were willing to pay a very hefty fee), I would say Virwox. For this amount, I would go to the Marketplace/Currency Exchange forum and find a very reputable trader who will do this for you. I never deal with Paypal due to the possibility of reversal of payments, so I stress finding a reputable trader who is leveraging his reputation against this risk.

Yes... I know.

But even after many confirmations on blockchain?

problem is not on bitcoin side, but on paypal.

simply, because bitcoin TX is non-reversible and paypal TX is reversible. considering this, is quite stupid idea to accept such deals and trade bitcoin via paypal or vice versa.

I recommend you to withdraw those bucks from paypal, go to localbitcoins.com, meet somebody personally, chat about bitcoin with him and make a deal. personally and in real world.

If a bitcoin  transaction is non-reversible, when I receive the satoshis I could make the payment via Paypal. I won't lose the received satoshis.

For me it looks good.

What's the problem with this idea?

Sure you wouldn't lose the satoshis, and may never send the PayPal funds (who could force you?) or even if you send them you may charge back several months later (so not even an escrow could force you to fulfill the deal). So of course there's no risk for you at all with the method you propose.

The problem is for the other party. Nobody will/should deal that way.

Sadly this is true.  I would never sell BTC for paypal.   The ones that do charge big fees as a lot of issues with paypal.

I really suggest saving up and getting a good exchange.  You will really like it being able to buy BTC straight from checking account.    Much easier and nicer.

Honestly for such a low amount, nowhere. You might be the best off posting into Currency Exchange thread here on the forum. I am sure someone will sell you this amount since it's really low so they won't be afraid of the chargeback.

For bigger amounts you have virwox but they are taking about 15% on fees and maybe localbitcoins.com, but even there everyone will want that you are well verified and you will pay very high prices.
