So far drivers 416.81 is the furthest version that I have been able to mod the drivers.  The guy I bought the p102-100 off of sent me modded 451 drivers but haven't been able to get them to work. I have spent hours changing and testing drivers.   At least with the 416.86 drivers you will have cuda 10 and be able to run some of the newer miners.  I would be more that happy to share the the 451 drivers too, maybe somebody would have better luck then me.  I thought it was because I was running Windows 10 Enterprise but I also tested them on Windows 10 Pro and Windows Home.  Be sure to be in test mode when installing the drivers, just disabling the driver check will not work.  http://maxedtech.com/about-testmode/     Any questions please message me.

yup I've done it.

After this, the driver gets installed succesfully, but device manager shows an exclamation mark error. Says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

Please guide me here.
Thanks

I am also stuck here please help if you have one anything that runs cuda10. i tried 441.12 but code 43

you need to disable driver signature check and add P102-related ID's to the inf-file from the driver that you want to install.

https://forums.guru3d.com/threads/nvidia-inf-driver-modding-guide.377158/

So I followed the thread that you linked.
I founded two Strings for P102-100:
NVIDIA_DEV.1B07 = "NVIDIA P102-100"
NVIDIA_DEV.1B47 = "NVIDIA P102-100"

So I added them both to [Strings]

Then I looked for GPU listing which gave the following two strings:
%NVIDIA_DEV.1B07% = win10adesktop,      PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1B07
%NVIDIA_DEV.1B47% = win10adesktop,      PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1B47

With these two additions, the driver failed to install for some unknown reason. Driver check is disabled too. Then I noticed that the other strings in the same section had different formats which include something like "Section###". So I looked into my old drivers inf file and found two Section values for 1B07 and 1B47. So that become to:
%NVIDIA_DEV.1B07%           = Section128, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1B07
%NVIDIA_DEV.1B47%           = Section129, PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1B47

After this, the driver gets installed succesfully, but device manager shows an exclamation mark error. Says "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"

Please guide me here.
Thanks

Hello Guys. I have Zotac Nvidia P102-100 cards. I use 384.74 driver with cuda 9.1. Maybe someone use more newest drivers with cuda 9.2 or 10.0? And what settings do you have? My 70% pl. +130 core - 500 memory. Thank you.
you can patch the inf file and use the latest drivers.
Have you done it? Or can you guide me how to do it? Miners on my p102 rig are acting up, since its using old drivers with old cuda.

Here is newer drivers version 389.07 with cuda 9.1 support for P102-100 GPU. For Windows 10 64-Bit. Tested on Manli P102-100 Card, but i think it will work for all P102-100 (ZOTAC, Inno3D), i have only Manli GPU's so i tested on them.

I will try these on my Zotac's and will definitely post back. I am Excited lol
Well they are working, they detect the cards. But I dont see any improvement over the earlier ones. Sad

Improvement is that these drivers supports cuda 9.1, so you are able to use miners that requires new cuda...
Of course if you are mining ETH with claymore you can use old drivers, but if you are mining for example coins on x16s algorithm with old drivers you can use only ccminer and not able to use z-enemy miner that requires cuda 9.1, and the difference between ccminer and z-enemy is 11.25 Mhs vs 15 Mhs per GPU...  The same with lyra2z algorithm coolminer that uses cuda 9.1 instead of ccminer...

If you download 397.93 from nVidia:
http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/134624/en-us
And try to run- it can't detect your cards?
Or maybe try the driver inside Cuda 9.2 toolkit?
https://developer.nvidia.com/cuda-downloads
The latest drivers throw a compatibility error.
And the CUDA toolkit also throws some error while installing.

Did you try to install the latest 397.93  ? I know that they can be installed on 1060 mining edition.

Yes, the P104 drivers released by Gigabyte support the latest drivers. But it doesn't support P102.
Its like Nvidia releases their drivers, and then these mining card manufacturers need to release it with support for mining GPUs.
That's not the case with P102. It only supports 384.74 version which was released by Manli and Inno3d (Not from Zotac).
So basically these 3 manufacturers of P102 need to release new drivers.

Does anyone know where to find the latest Windows drivers for the NVIDIA P102-100 GPU?

The latest version I have found so far is 384.x from the Manli website.

The NVIDIA 391.x drivers for GeForce 10 series do not detect the P102-100 GPU unfortunately.

Drivers are from the manufacturer of the cards, not nvidia directly. So Manli will need to make an updated driver, which most likely will never happen and you will not be able to use cuda 9.1. Just like with p104/p106, drivers came from the company and they never released updated versions as nvidia updated.

This is big disadvantage of mining card that many people doesn't know.
