Maybe you have to see who else is a manufacture of that drivers and maybe there is a newer version.. or the other way is to modify newest 391.x driver's inf file, add there description of your p102 cards, so driver could detect and install them

Does anyone know where to find the latest Windows drivers for the NVIDIA P102-100 GPU?
The latest version I have found so far is 384.x from the Manli website.

Drivers are from the manufacturer of the cards, not nvidia directly. So Manli will need to make an updated driver, which most likely will never happen and you will not be able to use cuda 9.1. Just like with p104/p106, drivers came from the company and they never released updated versions as nvidia updated.
