A casino is a horrible idea on getting BTC. And recommending a site you don't know if they are legit is also not so great.
I would say avoid unless knowing they are legit. It's kinda odd to advertise a site and then say I'm not sure if they are legit.
Only way to get free BTC is by scamming. And the only way to get high fiat is robbing.

i tried that game, it seems a bit boring, to much annoying stuff to upgrade just a farm fest, they should do a tower defense where your score are converted to satoshi, would be much cooler

Indeed, that's my advice for beginners too. Or simple work (in real life) for a local currency and trade those (dollars / euros etc) for BTC. That works much better than wasting time on faucets, even if you don't have a high wage.
Once you've got some BTC (0,x BTC for example) you can start actually "earning" more BTC with it, for example with short term trading. But hey, that is always risky. There is also a risk that you loose some. In that case, it's not really "free" BTC too.

The highest I have found so far is get-paid.com. It is not a faucet, you have to complete tasks and offers, but it pays far more than faucets.

not too much apparently, at least at the start the earning is even worse than faucet, it's one of those site where you need to work hard at first for increase your level, and then you can hope for a better reward
Also this has a referral link hidden within it. I suggest asking for btc address or some proof as far as high earning.
When someone benefits from spreading a referral, they sometimes tend to make payouts bigger then they actually are.
