You can watch some video in youtube where you can get a guide how to trade bitcoin or any cryptocurrency..
I found 1 youtube video that i think it can help you learn how to trade check it here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9ajmCPwR0k0
If you are a starter or beginner just start in small amount and familiarized button and how to set a margin from the start you can experience of confused but if you learn a simple how to trade i am sure you will enjoy if you win some profit..
Actually watching video is kind of a good thing to consider on having a knowledge regarding to bitcoin system on trading. But if you have the time and the power. You could actually learn it on forum where you will just to read on different speculation with a topic of bit on , trading or even in investment. Through this you could actually speculate your thought and suggestion regarding on the basic trading. And while reading and educating yourself you could also try in having a campaign where you can earn while posting in the forum.

I know this may seem like something that is easy to find with google but I am having a difficult time finding a good forum or website where trading strategy is the primary goal and I can improve my skills. I used to play online poker and stopped after Black Friday.

My question is are there any websites that are like the 2+2 forums, card runners or deucescracked etc.? Where have you gone to learn about daytrading cryptocurrencies?

I got into this a little over a month and half ago and while I am up because of just a lucky decision or two I am quickly going to lose my ass if I don't figure out some sort of effective strategy.

In short, I suck at this and really need some help.

Thanks

Edit: Before someone replies I just want to throw this out there, I'm pretty sure this is a good website to learn about coins and what not and I come here everyday but I have a very hard time sorting through the bullshit. Obviously this place might be a great place but I might be in the wrong sections.
you can learn how to trade from your friends who are using the online money trading. You can also watch tutorials available online in able to learn how to trade.
Yes. Many people from any country are learning trading techniques online. You can ask your friends about it who are involved in the online trading they can guide you quite easily. Online videos teaching the fundamentals of online trading are quite poplar these days, you can use them for the guidance too. When you get into the business, you automatically start learning about the trade system.

That is the art of trading,
You have to filter the bullshit.

It is still some gem among the bullshit.
Some thread may say about gem but using a bullshit words.

This website is the best place for it.

Have you ever done any daytrading (traditional stocks)?  Daytrading cryptocoins is not like daytrading stocks, the markets behave quite a bit differently.  It's also nothing like poker.

I have been successfully trading cryptocoins for a quite a while now and I would recommend the following steps:

1.   Attend some conferences or watch some conference recordings.  It's important that you understand the underlying concepts, terminology, etc. to cryptocoins, and the industry they operate in.  Personally, I feel attending conferences in person is far superior to watching anything on youtube.

2.   Keep on top of cryptocoin news.  Twitter is essential, so is this forum.

3.   Invest a significant amount of your time to watching how the markets behave, correlations to certain market behaviors, understanding the industry as a whole, etc.

4.   Start small - it's easy to grow even a small amount of capital when you've successfully learned how to trade crypto coins.  You can always invest more when you've demonstrated to yourself that you can perform successfully.
The 4th point is essential, there is no point into trying to invest huge amounts of money when you do not know if you are any good at trading, the best thing is to start small that way if you make a mistake, the mistake is not going to be as costly as that mistake will be if you were trading with all your capital.

In my personal case I have had no problem in familiarizing myself with the altcoin trading because I have five years of experience in the Forex trading and I have developed a very special intuition to anticipate the movements of the market based specially on the identification of patterns and support-resistance levels, as well as a strict money management. By the way, I learned my first and essential trading bases through online resources like the Babypips' School of Pipsology.

Precisely, lessons or experiences you get much better friends. I think it is indeed to be outstanding and trading has many advantages, the main thing is having to brave the plunge directly in it and follow all existing things, it is not trade carelessly but identifying every single thing you do. Or if you want to be able to fast it helpful then had to find a rival and asked for their help to share stories about her experiences trading.

You could read some blogs like alunacrypto or some other sites which provide the basic essentials for trading. You should learn to read price charts,do research about altcoins, find the under value coin and not blindly follow the market.First start trading with a very small amount. After gaining good experience, you could try to invest more and trade.Avoid getting panic on seeing market situations.
the most important in trading is experience and it will comes after spending some time in trading.firstly you got not so much profit and sometimes you got lose in trading being unexperienced but this helps alot for you to learn the ethics and rules of it. i think blogs or  sites doesn't really helps. i think this is your personal experience which matters alot.
so, first start with a small amount and use it just for learning and than after getting experience it help you in future.
Yes the experience makes man perfect. But without having basic knowledge how can people do trading am I right. So learning this basic understanding, you should read some articles or blogs regarding trading then you will get one small idea how trading will work in real time. After that, you invest a small amount and start trading. directly you enter trading means you will lose your investment without getting a single penny.
Agree, experience is a very important factor in trading, but first we must have knowledge about trading as what is it, how it works, then learn the basic skills such as reading charts, information on the coin, the technical analysis. Only after we have the basic conditions, we will continue to accumulate experience from actual trading, and as you say we should start with small capital, that will help limit losses and avoid a strong shock when losing money. There are many ways to learn trading, but I think the best place is youtube

Its quite easy and simple to learn how to trade. For starters, like you said youtube is the the best place to learn about it and many of the channels which teach about trading also the various strategies you could implement while trading to earn more. Other than the sources you mentioned. If you're willing to pay a bit, udemy also has many tutors who teach about cryptocurrency trading. The best thing about these tutors are that they will teach you from A-Z.

Take a look here : https://www.udemy.com/courses/search/?q=cryptocurrency%20trading&src=sac&kw=cryptocurrenc

Now a days we could easily find resources about cryotocurrencies and trading crypto; on youtube and different social media platforms and blogs that offer tutorials and technical analysis. I observed that knowing the fundamentals is one of the key component in this industry.
