Why not just use an exchange, there are plenty, coinomat, btc-e. Sell your bitcoins there for money and then withdraw the money to your bank account or paypal, its simple and easy, the fees can be a problem tho and you will need to have a good amount of money not something like 0.01 bitcoins

Paypal is not recommended as it can be charged back and Bitcoins and Litecoins cannot be charged back.
