If it's in a personal wallet it would just be best to keep it, that $16 worth of BTC could be more one day. As long as its BTC, we may see its value go up still. Just forget about it for now since you will also be paying the transaction fee. Or you can try your luck on a casino, you have yet to discover maybe your luck may make that amount to 100x.

Probably grab a gift card or something from Bitrefill? $16 is quite low especially knowing that you're going to need to pay for transaction fees. I'd probably just use that money to try and play with lightning wallets.
There are lots of ways to spend it you could buy altcoin or buy a domain and hosting on Namecheap and launch a website blogs and earn from ads.
Or hold it for another year and maybe you can gain more profit than spending it today.
The transaction fee right now is pretty high according to https://mempool.space/ it's around 11 to 13 sat on average.
If your BTC has many outputs it's not worth it to send it right now.
Opppssss.... I forgot to add this it seems purse.io is still alive and you can buy anything you want from amazon then paste it there and pay with your BTC.
