And why?
Aside from trading and investing in some websites, I do spend most of my time on social media. I used to visit my accounts for me to always be updated and also to check the messages because it is important to know if there are people who try to reach through that account and answer it immediately. FB is accessible everywhere with the use of our smartphones so even we're in our workstations as long as it is allowed in your office, everyone can stay mostly in FB.
Yeah, social media has recently become a powerful tool of promotion, education, let alone communication. So, I wouldn't say social media is something bad
I spend most of my time in unnecessary things but full of fun and not boring 
I do spend like an hour a day on bitcointalk but I am literally checking Instagram, Facebook and twitter every 15-30 minutes. Maybe often.
let's say the same time between this forum and the various social media...

I think now most of the time is in the forum, I previously combined them, but due to the recent cryptography market it is much more exciting, the opinions of people with experience help a lot to make decisions.
Both, I'm spending most of my time with the forum and social media.
Watching videos, etc, surfing and chatting while I have nothing to do infront of my office table.

Honestly in your poll, I am at the social media facebook most of the time. But if I am not going to choose from the poll, most of my time is spending with my 3months old baby girl because she needs more attention especially with this age but when I am browsing at facebook, I am just spending my time there and just watching some videos that I am browsing or scrolling inside it and sometimes watching in Youtube with my favorite vloggers. Practically speaking most of the people spending their time on social media even at the working time we never failed to check the notification from any of the social media for pur recent posts.I do spend much time on it but now realized that I need to take care of people who are under my responsibility so I am just increasing my income source and doing most of the time on finding new investment ideas.
These days hunting for bounty and airdrops has now taken over 70%of my time. Trying to balance my working time and my online hunting time.

In the forum, I don't like social media and I dont even have any account fb. I am a person who values a lot privacy and a person who like to get involved in something that generates a personal growth.
I've read through the replies in this thread and it's interesting that majority of the people here spend more time in the forums than social media. I find time for both but lately i've been spending more time here as well. Of course if you have a job you can't linger all the time but facebook has been such a magnet for negativity for me lately that bct has been a good alternative.
