Most of the time I spend my time daily in trading like few hours because I need to make a research about happen to the coin or I look what coin now are gpod to buy or sell. But my second is this forum because when Im on trading Im still here because I look for the information.
I think I spend over 6 hour daily on this forum seeking for information and doing comments and advising investors and traders. Like most of us has said and voted I believe this forum hold a great information than any social media about cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology in particular.
In fact, most of my time I spend at work 
Of course during work I sometimes check my smartphone and usually go to FB or news portal.

At first you were addicted to Facebook Now I'm addicted to reading topics in a forum.
I like to spend it in the forum because you learn a lot, there are people who have experience in the field of cryptocurrencies,
in trading and give advice and many times expose their way of thinking that can help greatly expand knowledge.

Working all the time
I usually spend most of my time in this forum, you know trying to understand more and learn more about the cryptosystem, skimming interesting questions and answers and researching insights and strategies on handling the volatile market of altcoins and ICO's. I also study the graphic flow of altcoins in Bitrus, with its tools and interface for beginners i navigate and familiarize myself on managing my future altvoin assets.
Same, 1/4 of the day im just scrolling and reading on this forum trying to learn some strategy to apply on the market changes. Is bitrus like a coinmarketcap or coingecko? Hello every one
