News do affects assets price and that is why  we do keep calendar of events that has happened before and try to predict how those events affects the market.  I don't think that the market will make significant move without news and events analysis.

I have heard suggestions from my friends, to see news about coins / tokens that I trade on the market to be able to predict coin prices / tokens on the market,

Yes and it can entirely affect the price and the people as well that's why whales are also into media because they can pay them to create either fud or hype so people will buy it.  Seemingly, this is how the world run and if you didn't know how to follow it then you'll leave empty pocket.

Better yet don't be a FOMO and always filter every news that you've heard.

In general news has influence in cryptocurrency price, especially bad news. Because bad news causing panic to many cryptocurrency seller, and the bitcoin and altcoins prices start falling down . But of course the biggest effects of the news appear to beginers.

news on its own is not going to change anything but the reaction that the market shows to the news is everything and that reaction is depending on the timing and the market sentiment of that time. for instance we had a great news lately (bakkt) but it didn't affect the price at all because market is not ready for a rise even though the beginners and most everyone else was super hyped about it.

We can forecast any market with the help of technical analysis. But the crypto market has its own characteristics. He is too influenced by the news. Therefore, you always need to keep abreast of the news. But most importantly, it is always sensible to evaluate the source of the news and the news itself. Since in the crypt world often there are fake news, and fake news can push you to bad actions.

it depends on the news and the timing of it. also it depends on the market itself too.
for example bitcoin market is a lot bigger than any altcoin market so the new effect on bitcoin is not the same as the effects on altcoins. a simple news can push an altcoin up or down a lot more than it can bitcoin's price.
also the reality of the news and the history of the effects of such news can make a difference. for example when an exchange is hacked there will be panic but also speculators expecting a price drop so the price WILL drop. or when a shitcoin is listed on a big exchange it creates hype but also speculators know in the past it has led to price rise so they buy it and price WILL rise.
It depends also upon how strong the news is. In technical analysis, there is so called priced in. It came from the news that spread out, maybe good or bad. If the news is much more stronger, expect that the price will move according to it but if the news get exhausted, there is a tendency that the price will reverse.
In some case, the news about ETF affected the crypto market. BTC and ETH fall down when the delayed ETF news exploded. But when the news getting exhausted, many people bought bitcoin and there is a good result.

Of course, the news submitted by the media directly affects the price of the crypto currency. We have already been convinced of this many times. And the crypto currency for various, bad and good news reacts literally on the same day. It was especially noticeable how bitcoin and other types of crypto-currencies reacted to bad, including untrue news, at the beginning of this year, when the Crypto-currency was deliberately tried to be lowered in price.

All will definitely say yes, related news from each crypto will affect the price in the market, but this is only one factor compared to other major factors. But don't just listen to the news without carefully examining it

Nothing lasts forever
Most of the price fluctuations in crypto trading are due to news and events happening around the globe. People react to the news which affects the prices. If a positive event occurs somewhere in the world then it leads to a positive news circulating and hence people get motivated to buy in and the opposite happens when a negative news get circulated in the world. Most of the times the negative news affects more which leads to a panic sell in the market.

News is just a news which is not which has no any connection how the assets prices in the market of crypto world can move up and down.

So, the news can be part of advertisements no connection how it moves only giving us movements which(saying this  basing on how I see everything about cryptocurrency)
Slightly yes because to be speaking you can get to see the charts from the new and CAN be at the Internet with same results.

One of the most important parts of bitcoin and all crypto trading is the big news. Smaller news that people do not care doesn't really count. The ones that people make topics about and start reddit posts about are the really important ones, when a big news like ETF or whatever happens, or well in the past something about MT.GOX happened we remember that prices do really change according the good or bad news.

If there is good news about a coin and its huge it affects even before the news reaches out to us, that is the sad part. We never hear about the news before the increase in price, we see a coin skyrocketing and check what happened and see the news waaaay too late.

Yes the news effects the price.  The media is there to sway the masses to react the way the powers that be want.  I believe if you can start to decipher the messages and what they want the masses to do you can make accurate predictions regarding market movement.

Some news changes in the market/price and some have a transient effect "ban, technical news" and the other effect takes time "regulation."
What is agreed is that the news has an effect, but the extent of its impact on supply and demand is what determines the effect on the market.

For example, news of China's ban[1] or BCH hardfork[2] has led to a significant price change. Some news, such as the acceptance of a company or a central trader "small crypto creat/hack," can make an impact, but not directly.

That is close to what I expected for this question. It has become trend these days that whenever the news channel publishes something then it surges like fire through people's brain and they start analysing the market positive and negative approaches and thus market turns on them accordingly.

It reminds me a picture that is fit into mind and related to my grandpa who is always sitting in front of the TV and turning on the CNBC for understanding the stock situation of NYSE and rest and make the decision based on what the CNBC has to say about it!

Thats it, that can be related with the current matter and confirm that it does drive people and market in a direction.

News in the financial market are regarded as fundamentals and this impacts and drives the price of the coin either up or down depending on the outcome of the news (positive or negative).

I think yes , most of the people are looking for trends when they want to trade, and if the news hooked the big whales or a lot of people then the news can be an indicator for the trend, and news is also the one that make people to speculate, so I think it directly can affect the market

Yes, news can affect the current prices in the market. Many negative news in social media and in the web spreading throughout the internet. Investors are very affected by these FUDs, this results in low market demand and it drags the price down. What your friends says does not mean it is always right, it’s better to do your own research to invest in such coin or token.

Media influencing the bitcoin and other crypto currency prices in much, but they can only affect the prices in temporary because the people will get to know about the reaality in some days so the price hype or dump about some news will last for a week or two.But if you are going to be a trader then you need to take those into consideration and make some profits according to that.

but bitcoin and altcoin have big different lvl, for bitcoin every news come it not will be affected to bitcoin( just little), but will very affected for altcoin.
for example some altcoin has been listed on big exchange, that will make chance altcoin will pump because demand is increase.
